Without a doubt my favourite moment from the trailer

They pretty much nailed it. It was almost everything I wanted. If I have any criticism it was the bit with the Wizard. Billy seemed to not believe him even after that crazy subway ride. I would have thought he would have been gobsmacked and not flippant. Other than that it was perfect. I said when it was first announced it should be BIG with powers. And that's what they did.

I think the point of that moment was to show how ridiculous saying the word “Shazam” is and then it works. It’s like they say yeah it’s stupid oh wait it isn’t it actually works. That was a great moment in the trailer for me. I assume all the mesmerised aspects will be at the start of that scene.

Also that’s the moment I truly believe Asher Angel as a young Zachary Levi. The way he says Shazam is exactly how Levi would say it in that moment.

Asher Angel doesn't seem to talk very much in this interview. It's mostly Zach Levi and Jack Dylan Grazer. It seems like Grazer's personality matches up more with Zach's, as they both have the same kind of energy.

Yeah, I believe what Grace Randolph said about Jack Grazer being a better fit but they want him to have more screen time so they switched the part.

They should have at least made Jack Grazer look much different.

I was thinking the same thing. Hopefully the second trailer focuses on Sivana, but doesn't give much away

I won't be watching any second trailer. I think there are a lot of people like that who don't want to be spoiled for everything in the movie. I did the same with Wonder Woman, Avengers Infinity War, Ant-Man & Wasp etc.

Which is why it's important to hook people with the first trailer and not say "wait for the second trailer."

I'm gonna try and avoid it too but my guess is we'll get one before Aquaman anyway so it'll be hard to avoid a trailer for a movie you're seeing in theaters

I usually exit the theatre at that point and come back in when the trailers are done. It was like that for Civil War, or rather the Civil War trailer and whatever Marvel movie it was before at the time.

Watching that RT interview from the cast was great. The woman was asking if Henry Cavill was good to work with made me laugh. Loved how the director and cast stayed silent haha
