t:Yeah, Jen was great in Hulk #106. I just wish it had come out after She-Hulk #18.I loved Incredible Hulk's 106# portrayal of her.
She gave Doc Samson the What For!
You're probably right that the marriage can be annulled on those grounds. But there's no evidence that Jen and John have done so yet. She-Hulk's own words on the subject were "My husband and I are separated." So she's still legally married. At least until issue #20, when the story gets back to this subplot.Um caveat! The marriage can't be legal since she was technically under a form of mental manipulation. I'd imagine that a precedent has to be set for this in the Marvel Universe that any legal contract entered into while one or both parties is under mental, emotional, or physical coersion is null and void. There is no way those two are legally married.

Dude, both her and Stark are ****es.Shulkie's no ****e, she's a female-player.
Any commentary on what's happening currently.
She Hulk has lost her powers due to Tony Stark's power sapping nanites, and now she's gonna take Tony Stark on in court. Personally I think She-Hulk needed some Jen Walter time.
Agreed, I wanna see where this goes.Especially given that She Hulk did deliberately attack Stark first by crashing a car into the bridge of his helicarrier. It will most likely be ruled that Stark appropriately defended himself.

But she can take him to court for wrongful imprisonment and kidnapping.
She can try. Who the **** is Jennifer Walters anyway? Last I checked, she died in a spelunking accident. Stark's SHEILD Fury style. That, and he could pinch her for holding Pete's case in limbo as well. Too many things on her plate one would think. AND given the personal relationship between Stark and Walters, chances are they wouldn't allow her to represent something else, unless it were simply dealing with her.
