If I remember correctly the Twins were not on AoU's promo arts either.

As SirStrangefolk pointed out, they were. But you know who wasn't featured very much? Vision. He was subtly hinted at in the promo/concept art and was hardly focused on at all until nearly the release of the film. And look how significant his role turned out to be.

I'd had a theory before in another thread, but perhaps she's not featured on the art because her actions start the conflict, which leads to her being imprisoned or otherwise indisposed for much of the movie?

Indisposed, injured, guilty, torn between the two, won't fight against Vision, the possibilities are endless at this point.

If anything, she should have a grudge against Tony. Her parents AND her brother were both killed by Stark tech.

I think its more likely she would be the impetus for Vision changing sides than vice versa.

Ok, what do you people believe more, some promo art,leaked and maybe old, or the actual trailer? Reports from D23 said, it showed her enough to have a prominent role and with team Cap.

Look at Those promo arts.Yes Vision, No Twins. Of course they were featured on posters and such,but not promo arts like Those for Civil War. It could be marvel's choice or a limitation,who knows.

I guess she was never particularly stable even without the trauma of what happened in avengers 2. Sets up doctor strange nicely I guess.

Maybe she'll play the role Clor did in the original civil war?

I read a theory that perhaps she's trying to read Bucky in this shot, but maybe his troubled mind is too much for her. Doesn't appear like she's wearing the same clothing in the fight against Crossbones, so perhaps this is a different scene.

Her going nuts here would at least make more sense than it did in the comics. She's apparently just an ordinary human who was artificially given powers via Infinity Stones AFTER being experimented on by freaking HYDRA. Oh and her entire family is dead, she doesn't have the support network of friends that she has in the comics, the guy who she has a grudge against is leading the other side, and she unintentionally helped a homicidal robot almost wipe out the entire human race (and her home country was destroyed in the process). So yes, the girl would have issues.

Don't think they'll sideline her for the majority of the movie. She's in the Scott Lang intro scene with Cap, standing opposite Cap towards the van, so safe to assume she plays a role in the fight against Stark's team. Marvel's more than likely going to have her go up against Vision, that's too juicy a matchup to ignore.
