Sequels Should Venom Return??

Not for sure if this is big news or not but i just watched spiderman 3 with the commentary on of avi arad and laura ziskin? Sorry if I mispelled that, but if you watch when venom "dies" laura points out that there is the symbiote still moving around and goes away, and she says with the quote "is he gone? or will he come back later?" If you have the dvd watch it for yourself and just cross your fingers for all you venom lovers, and hope he gets his due in the 4th film, u need him for carnage. Think about it!!!!

The fact is, a piece of the symbiot is with Connors. What its fate is is anyone's guess but I for one don't want any symbiots showing up any time soon. SM4 is fo the lizard and kraven...end of...

That's not a bad idea, but I don't think the Symbiote should drain people. I think it should reform because the Symbiote exploded with Brock, so once the Symbiote reforms, so does Brock.

well went with the flesh draining ability because its better than the brain draining thing like in the comics which is like somethin out of B horror/sci-fi movie. i just think for the sake of bringing Eddie Brock/Venom back and in a violent and evil way take The Mummy resurrection approach. i think it would be cool visually as well.

yes and in the commentary with raimi, grace,maguire and dunst ....topher makes an interesting point and somethng that i caught onto as far as the symbiote acting like an addictive drug due to its power. they shoud've expanded on this.

i just wish Spider-Man turned Eddie into the police so that in the end we could see Eddie in jail looking like a crack head feening for the symbiote reaching out of his cell window for the symbiote somewhere far off into the distance setting up a cliffhanger for Venom's return.

Well, I think that Venom reforming shouldn't involve other people. One way or another, it should reform on it's own IMO or atleast something like that. As I said in my last post, I don't think your idea is bad, but I think there are more approaches that can work than that.

I wouldn't be opposed to the symbiote attaching itself to Scorpion towards the end of a film with Scorpion.

Yeah, I wish Eddie went unconscious after Peter removed him from the symbiote before turning him in to the police so that in the end, we could see Eddie in jail.

Maybe Eddie Brock Jr's father, Eddie Brock, should come in the fourth. He seeks vengeance for the death of his son. He finds out Spidey did it, and somehow comes in contact with the symbiote. And his Venom will be more like the comic book Venom. I know, I know, dumbest idea ever! I just hate what they did to Venom in the third. Such a waste of a good character. Damn!

For those who say Venom was boring, well blame it on Raimi who made him so. The guy is great but he didn't showed as much interest as he showed in one dimensional Sandman, for whom he had to create a rather far fetched story. In any case, I liked Venom for the amount of time he had. More than Venom, I liked Brock, he would have been fun to have as a recurring character in Spidey movies. After his mistreatment how can you guys say he had his shot and doesn't deserve a second chance? I am 100% sure that if Goblin or Ock died after a pathetic treatment, there would have been an uproar "Bring back Goblin" or "Ock".

Yes, I do vote for Venom's return although I can't see it happening if the fourth movie is going to be a direct continuation. But it is possible if they do a reboot which I highly suggest.

*In a way I felt relieved when I heard that Raimi might not be returning as a director, I want his influence as less as possible. Otherwise we may have another villain awkwardly related to Peter, who knows maybe they'll say this guy is your parents killer.

Raimi has ruined symbiote for these continuations, Venom or any other has to return in another take on Spider-Man for which I, and probably others, would want an unbiased director. No offense to Raimi, he gave us really well done SM-1-2, his SM-3 was just a fun ride nothing more.
