Sequels Should Venom Return??

Brock is dead.:csad: Which means Venom is too, because despite what happened in the comics,Eddie Brock IS Venom.

However,the symbiote is not.

I bet its the Resolution on the TV

I've watched it on a regular 36 inch tv now, and a huge widescreen high definition tv. It's not there. It's definitely not the resolution. Plus I know what it looks like. The picture would have to be pretty crappy for a person to not be able to see it, because it was plain as day in the theatre.

Watching it again yesterday, parker turned his head as the bomb went off. So Brock could of jump in.. reformed with the symbiote then the impact of the explosion could of sent Venom flying a far distance. Then when peter turns back its just a small part of the symbiote caught on fire!!
LMAO

Why so serious?

Just watched it on Blu-ray for the first time on a 37 inch, and... I THOUGHT it wasn't there, you couldn't see it clear as day as in the theater... but then, I went back and checked.

"Oh no they did-n't!" rolled through my mind, but no, they didn't edit it out, I went frame by frame and it was there.

So there goes the theory of editing it out.... but if they tried too heh, that'd be pretty freaking funny.

Hell yeah, Venom should return, simply for the reason that he didn't get enough screen time in Spidey 3 and Topher Grace as Brock was awesome.

Here's how: It can be revealed later that all thoughout Spider-Man 3 the symbiote never really bonded to a host because Peter never fully turned evil, and when he got rid of it, Brock didn't totally understand the power the symbiote had in it, not to mention the symbiote itself was using Brock to get revenge on Parker, and didn't really trust Brock to begin with.

However, in the symbiote's final moments, when Eddie jumped in to try and save it, the symbiote fully bonded with its host Brock for one split second and was able to copy Brock's DNA onto its own, so that after the explosion indeed destroyed Brock's body, his consciousness was transferred to the badly weakened alien that had to stick its remaining pieces to the construction building, slowly regenerating for years, until well after the building's done. The alien allowed Brock to bond because it could sense its love (kinda sick) for it, and willingness to protect it.

So when the alien slowy heals, it replicates Brock's body, to better accommodate what he's used to, and they are able to shape-shift (like Sandman but all gooey, basically.) This time Brock names himself Venom officially, and calls itself "we" all the time, as opposed to "I", because they fully bonded.

Long story short, Venom goes on a mission to get revenge on Parker, eventually killing his then-girlfriend at the time, Gwen Stacy. (This all happens in Spider-Man 5.) Brock kills her because she "broke his heart." Venom also reveals that his photographer father, Edward Brock Sr., was fired right when Peter Parker sold his first photos of Spidey (he's the "Eddie's been on it for weeks" guy in part one), which led to money trouble and depression for Eddie Sr. and Eddie Jr's following in his dad's footsteps. Another reason for Venom to hate Spidey so much and to really become one of his worst enemies after killing Gwen.

yeah but if it's on some discs and not others than blue ray would just be another disc. It's definitely not on mine. We have a high definition tv and a high definition cable. Clarity is definitely not the issue.

Regnerating Brock is out of the question. For one thing your consciousness isn't stored in your dna. It's stored in your brain.

If you really want to push the envelope, Eddie's Brocks memories could've been transfered to the symbiote (While he was alive).

But now this is really pushing for it, and I'll leave it at that.

Thought that happens anyway? Hence how he knew about Flint...

Quite right. I didn't mean that the symbiote copied DNA, therefore Eddie Brock's brain, I meant that after copying his DNA, the symbiote would be able to replicate any of Brock's body parts.

As for the consciousness part, the alien is able to do things that science on this planet has never seen. Like transfer consciousness itself. Doesn't matter. It's like the cosmic cube from Captain America. Regenerating Brock is not out of the question, it can be done.

P.S. genetically-enhanced super-spider bites don't give you powers, you can't mentally link with robotic arms, and having your body crystalized into sand DOES NOT give you the right to shape-shift. That last part would kill you, actually, kill you real bad. So, in summary, if people wanted it bad enough, they could bring back Eddie Brock. No big deal. But thanks for responding to my ideas, appreciate it.

or, despite his skeleton visible, just like in the Ultimate Spidey comics, the symbiote teleported it'slef and brock, leaving behind a few of itself

it's good to be back!

Venom did not teleport in Ultimate Spider-Man. He was electrocuted, there are a few possibilities. The suit doesn't grant that kind of power, at least not in Ultimate Spider-Man. He was thrown out of sight (Thus escaping) or he was disintegrated from the intense heat being generated from the electricity, and he regenerated from visible remains. The only time Venom ever teleported was in that Playstation game that came out years ago.

Either way, welcome back!

thanks,good to be back
I thought I saw on wikipedia that the ultimate spidey venom could teleport
him
gotta catch up on it!

Although wikipedia is filled with information, anyone can edit the info on the website making it not very reliable. At the moment, there is no mention of Venom teleporting.

You didn't need to tell me, I was telling that to him. He said unless his memories were implanted into the symbiote, and I was saying, yes... yes they do.

Guess that second question mark could have been left out eh? Sorry about that. -goes to edit-

There doesn't seem to be anything left after the explosion. One could argue that Eddie and the symbiote went flying off-screen when Peter turned his head as the pumpkin bomb exploded, so Eddie could've rebonded with the symbiote, then the impact of the explosion could've sent Venom flying a distance.

Except, the audience didnt turn our heads and we clearly saw Brock die :o
