Here's how I think they could get away with this.. 2 Movies.. 1 summer.. SPIDER-MAN 4 (The Story of Spidey trying to capture Lizard who's taken over the sewers and a serial killer known as Cletus Kasady).. This is released in May.. Then late July (after SP4 has scenes of Venom still alive.. but as Venom NOT Eddit) the movie VENOM is released, about how Carnage was born and is tearing apart the city so bad, Spidey knows he must befriend Venom/Eddie and Venom has an internal conflict of whether he should do right or not..

i would like venom to return. But, its very doubtful.

if they were to want him to return and they have him come back looking anything like in Spidey 3, just forget it. Watching Venom in spidey 3 was horrifying.

Yeah Venom needs to come back. Everybody complains about Venom in Spider-Man 3, but everyone also pretty much agrees that he wasn't done justice.

Why are some people so anti-symbiote? Besides, if he comes back Eddie & the symbiote could have fused together or something to form venom so the character exists but with minimal symbiote references..

Actually, since we're supposed to get a Venom spin-off movie, it's best that Venom doesn't come back.

Venom is not returning in the current Spider-Man franchise. His story arc is complete. If there was going to be any new addition of Venom, then it will most likely be in Spider-Man 3.1. Plus, there's that supposed Venom movie in the works.

Venom is my favorite villain, but as I stated, his story is complete. Plus, I don't feel villains need to return in the movie medium. Lets move on.

well its technically more then rumored if avi arad stated that hes extremely excited for it and that its moving along very well. Not to mention that they have approached A-list directors for it
