Yes but SSJ2 Seru had enough power to destroy the sun.
(Which would make the whole Solarsystem colapse)
The sun is a million times bigger than earth. And as shown by Fruiza they just destroy the core of the planet which make it colpase. So they don't really destroy the planet.

Ok it's official, you do hate dbz. There isn't one thread in which you said that a dbz character will win. It's either this or that. Anyway, silver surfer isn't beating metal cooler. Cooler can destroy suns when he first appeared as regualr cooler. In his metal form he is much stronger.

As for the Surfer and the blowing up suns bullcrap. Everybody forget that Surfer can actually just make black holes and blow up planets and suns too? So if you (Not Warhammer, just others who don't know much about the Surfer) think he needs his transmutation powers to defeat Cooler, read up on him. Especially since he's gotten a nice little power boost.

This focused energy was enough to destroy Namek, and planet Namek alone.
A star is aprox a million times as big as a planet.
Surfer would TRASH Koola in any form.
He could even take on such guy's as Sûpâ Juunanagou and Xi Shenlon with success.
