Sequels "Smaller" Avengers sequel?

Should the Avengers sequel have a smaller feel?

  • Yes, it should be smaller

  • No, keep it epic

  • I'm not sure what "smaller" means

I'd like something like this in the movie:

Not just in terms of a scene I'd like to see, but even the storyline. Not sure how they'd get Vision in there though, unless Ultron invents him in the Avengers 2 or is seen working on him at the end of Ant Man.

Yep and for the final battle we just have to get a live-action recreation of this classic scene.

I would honestly rather have Wasp and Black Widow in that position where Thor is with the top half of their costumes shredded in that way. :oldrazz:

Lol, they would become The Avengers: Earth's Naughtiest Heroes :woot:

There is a She-Hulk picture from her graphic novel that shows her in a shredded top. Not sure if I am allowed to post it or not, because apparently it might hint at her nipples even though I don't think you can really see anything. However, it was included in a regular non-Max comic so passed the comic code.

I read a whole She-Hulk issue where she taunted the comics code (decimating the fourth wall), made it seem like she was naked and it just so happened every panel there was something to cover up her bits, like shadows or the blur lines of a jump rope.

Yes, that was hot, but it turned out she was actually wearing a very skimpy bikini and wasn't actually nude.

If we get Ultron in an Avengers sequel, he better look like this:

It's such an iconic look and they ought to know better than to mess with his design, thinking they can come up with something better.

Who remembers the Marvel Legends monstrosities they came up with when they tried to "improve" his look:

This was the prototype dog head:

before they changed it to a rabbit head that was a little more similar to the classic look.

However, both were awful. Classic Ultron is so iconic so they should use the recognisable design.

Most definately, classic Ultron is certainly the way to go in the film with a few additions such as armor plating on the shoulders and legs (ie. the leg armor in this pic).

I also want the inside of Ultron's mouth to be glowing red like classic Ultron, I love the way they had those small circles of red energy moving around in Ultron's mouth on A:EMH.

Same ones as here pretty much:

He always has that inside his mouth.

I don't like Ultron's eyes in A:EMH that much though. I prefer the Jack-o-lantern eyes the classic version normally has.

Yeah I know but you could actually see it move in animation and yeah I prefer the Jack-o-lantern eyes as well they definately make Ultron look more menacing.

Yeah, I don't think actual 'Red Eyes' would look good in live action. But keep the basic EMH look and it will be golden. It'd be cool if they used some practical robot constructs as well. CGI is great an all, but with today's designs and technology, nothing beats the real deal. So hopefully they look to do that, when its applicable.

I'm sure they can use the same techniques they use to make Iron Man's armor look so real, which is creating a practicle Ultron and uses CGI to enhances it's movements.

imho, his look in Next Avengers is even better than EMH

Yeah it is, but I think that was because the animation was much better in general.

Someone post the Next Avengers Ultron. I don't remember his look.

CG is the way to go. Inanimate things look real these days.

Here you go Marc, I couldn't find a proper full body picture.

Edit: Nevermind

Yeah, I don't think his classic look needs to be messed with much.

I wish I had an Ultron suit. It would be cool to go as him at Halloween. Of course, most people wouldn't know him. Hopefully if Marvel used his classic look, that would change. It would be great if everyone knew the look of that robot as much as, say, the Scream mask! :awesome:

Yeah it doesn't, but small tweaks such as the armor plating on Ultron's legs in the picture I posted earlier would be cool.

Anyone know what this female Ultron story is about?

How is there a female Ultron? I thought there was already Jocasta.

^ If I'm not mistaken that's Ultron inside Wasp's body.
