Yeah, I'm glad they dropped that subplot. It might've been decent some other time, but with the double-whammy of Cutter's death and the introduction of a new faction under Christina (Johnson, I think? Can't remember her last name), the reporters just became an annoying distraction.
Anyway, that was a great episode. Jason Flemyng's character is awesome and I love how Jenny and Connor, the two closest people to Cutter, have naturally become the focus of the show. It's fun seeing them try to work everything out on their own without Cutter's very calm, stabilizing presence. Becker also continues to be badass, although his actor's name still isn't in the credits so I have a feeling he might get killed off soon, possibly to "make room" (as if that's really necessary) for Flemyng's character. Which will suck.
Is anybody else finding it a little odd no one cares that Connor and Abby's apartment is becoming a menagerie for prehistoric critters?
