I assumed he never met him in this new timeline... and as cool as she was this week, Sarah's actions have left me thinking she isn't to be trusted. I mean she didn't hesitate to go back in time (in fact she made plans) and then lied about it to Danny. I think it may just be a case of her desperation for the answers to history's great questions might drive her to betray the crew.

I don't think she will. It was professional curiosity, nothing more. If you're an expert in ancient cultures and you're suddenly faced with the opportunity to experience an ancient (maybe an overstatement in the Middle Ages' case, but you get what I mean) culture, wouldn't you take it? I think, at most, she'll be tempted with some conflict of interests that arises because of it, but she'll ultimately side with the team and do the right thing.

Sounds like a remake. They're switching the location from the UK to the US and it's all being handled by a US company, so unless they're gonna fly the entire cast over, I imagine they'd cast US actors and make the whole production a new thing.

I would prefer a movie spin off from the series with the orginal cast. You could just have them travel to the US in the movie.

I agree but if they had to I would hope they went with the orginal cast.

Most Hollywood adaptations always remind me of that movie 'Churchill:The Hollywood Years' where they mock the whole Hollywood pooing all over the source material, history, foriegn country to spoon feed their own bland watered down version of a film to the audience.

based on our one enough to be primeval but different enough to give it it's own american series that....yeh, they'll screw it up

The basic concept is somewhat compelling, but it's the balls of the show that make it so great. Killing off major characters left and right and reforming the team in new and interesting ways = exciting. I doubt we'll get any of that in the US movie, hence it'll probably be as run-of-the-mill as the UK Primeval's first series. Things didn't really get great on the show until Cutter stepped out of that anomaly to an entirely different timeline in the last episode of series 1.

Man, I was worried about [blackout]Becker[/blackout] for a while there. Losing him for Abbey's c**t of a brother would've been the worst trade-off ever.

And who would've thought that Connor and Lester living together would be so much fun?
