The guy had an attitude, but he wasn't looking for a fight, so it may have very well ended in an assault charge.

What an ******* cop. Just sounds like he is waving his power around. But you gotta hate them asses in the gym. I remember my gear bag was on a bench. I was there working on it for 10minutes. I run in to the bathroom to get some water and I come back with my bag off it and some asshat working on the bench I was using.

Also my water was stolen one time
