... And I get why so many people defend him for Dent. I can see him being this charismatic, likable authority, this good friend of Bruce that shows a dark side beneath... that then becomes this tortured, torn apart person. Not sure I´ll say "Schreiber dammit!" - I´ll wait and see what would be the other choices - but let´s say i wóuldn´t mind his casting one bit...

I bet L0ngshot will come here & try to make you change your mind that Liev isn't right for the role. He even said this movie didn't prove he's right for Dent. :p

He was very good in the film and Meryl Streep was a manipulative, coldhearted *****.

Oh yeah, she was brilliant as usual... That scene where she shows a kinda Jocasta-like (the reversal of Oedipus complex) feeling for her son really gives you the creeps...

I'm pretty sure Meryl Streep is like that in real life. She scares me.

L0ngshot is a complete halfwit and he should this, as well as the rest of you :).

Because everyone who disagrees with you is a halfwit. Nice.

Personally, I don't dig on Schreiber for the role, either. He's a decent actor, but I swear he's only being considered for the part because of his resemblance to Sale's art. He is fairly talented, I mean he has to be to make it in Hollywood. But, I've never seen him as anything but cold and emotionless. I've never seen the charisma or the intensity it takes to be Dent, nor the evil and rage of Two-Face.

To me, Liev would be ok, but there are much better choices.

I disagree- the fact that he resembles Sale's Dent (which is IMO the perfect Dent) is really not a factor for me at all, in fact I wanted Liev for the role since I saw the Manchurian Candidate - long before I had ever read a single Batman comic.

LOL, please don't put words in my mouth, kind sir. If you disagree with Schreiber that's fine. You're welcome to do so. The fact of the matter is however that L0ngshot is a halfwit for many reasons, like stupid arguments and ******ed logic on everything, not just his opinion of why he hates Liev (which, for the record, has no backing.)

You're back.

You tease. Oh well, one night's better than nothing...I guess *wipes away tear*

Just remember on those lonely nights...no one can take away that special night we shared in Paris.:(

Aww, I missed Norman's one night visit back. Heh, I knew you couldn't stay gone for too long, had to get your fix, eh?

I think Schreiber would be a good choice for Harvey Dent, but my personal pick is Jaquin Phoenix.
