You know, I actually wouldn't mind a scripted sequence, where we take on all of the Sinister Six at once. I just really want to take on all 6 at the same time.

If we can see something more than a standard fist fight, but we can play as a regular fist brawl, I'll be happier with what we get.

Facing 6 villains at once? It could be a mess. The concept is cool, though.
In Spider-Man 2, we could face 4 bosses at once in post-story content and I remember how frustrating that was.

I'd be down for multiple bosses at once, would really be a good test of skill.

I remember Spider-Man 3 had a battle with the 3 gang leader bosses in that last Kingpin mission. That fight was irritating as hell.

Well, with the improved gameplay we have today, that might not be as much of a pain in the ass anymore. As long as we've got good twitch reflexes and press that dodge button in time, it might be an amazing experience.

Looks great.

But lol at him knocking like 4 guys off of roofs and letting them all just fall. I liked in SM2 throwing people off of roofs even though it's not what Spidey would do, they land on the ground and they're still twitching around, they're alive... right?

Took me a while to get used to that pain, and it wasn't the most frustrating part of the game. Knocking down the Apocalypse boss first and preventing Arsenic Candy boss from filling the floor with explosive teddy bears made the experience much less nightmarish, and using the annihilator in rage mode on both her and the White Dragon leaves the fun effect of neither one of them being able to stand for a minute, good time to dish it out hard on them.

Free roam doesn't look like it will be more mind blowing than it is in Arkham City, but boy am I happy.

It looks pretty good. I just don't like the perch point symbol flickering all over the screen when you swing, it's hard to just focus on the beautiful environments

Trailer was amazing wondering who that is at the end. I thought maybe it was like Miles moriles shows up to help you or something but sounds like more of peter worried about who it is then seeing a friendly face. Man so really for this game.

That gameplay is f-ing sick and the expression a thing of beauty. This game is gonna blow-up. Kudos to Insomniac.

The villains look great. I hope the MCU could take notes of that as I wasn't really thrilled with the looks of Vulture/Shocker.

Its an interesting idea. Im not sure why you think its a smart one though

I think its smart that they aren't just using the well known villains especially Mr.Negative could be part of the iconic rogues gallery of Spider-Man. Instead of those Spidey villains that no one really remembers outside of the core fanbase.

Was that Josh Keaton as Electro? I also thought I heard Ben Diskin as Scorpion.

At first I thought it was Aaron Paul (he kinda looks like him), then I thought how cool it would be if Aaron Paul played Electro in the MCU.

Yeah I think that this is my 2nd Most Antispated Game right now next to Kingdom Hearts 3. This one however comes out 1st The Designs for the Villains looked interesting and even that picture of the Shocker looked neat. Just like Batman needed a great Batman game before the Arkham Games came out Spiderman needed the same thing and I hope this is it

This truly looks like the definitive game to date of Spider-man. It looks just beautiful and the gameplay and the movement are exceptional by all accounts.

1st day purchase. :susd:

Now, if we just have Superman game in the same level of quality.....

Got what I wanted and more! I wanted to see a new villain, we got 4....I wanted to see open world gameplay and we got that! Also that Goblin tease...has to be right? I'm a happy camper indeed!

I quite like the villain designs as well (especially Vulture) except Electro who could've looked better and less generic.

This scene reminds me of that episode in Spectacular where he's trapped in Raft and has to fight off the villains incarcerated there, even potentially having Goblin being behind it.

I'm telling you, this bit with the group of villains is taken from Mark Millar's Marvel Knights run. Just like they took the Electro breaking villains from the raft bit from New Avengers, it has to be using comic villain boss who doesn't want Spider-Man dead, so they hired the Green Goblin like theories suggest. If it's not him, it has to be one of his Sinister 12 from that story to show up here.
