Ugh, I wish the deluxe version had a retail release bc I was hoping to use my 20% discount to get it at Best Buy but its only avaialble in digital form. I think this may be the first game I preorder digitally bc of that

Cosigned. I definitely wanted the DLC and ultimately went with the deluxe digital cause I didn't feel like spending all that extra cash on the collector's edition. Would have been nice if there was a retail version of the deluxe and so this makes my first digital preorder.

They said the size of this game is 45GB? How does this compare to other games?

45GB sounds about right. Its standard for most open world games

Yeah the download will certainly take some time but thankfully with the digital preorders the game is downloadable several days before the release date. Then it unlocks on the 7th at midnight.

Unless I'm missing something, doesn't the PS4 still install the contents of the disc to the console anyways? So physical doesn't actually save any space on the system. And as others said Digital orders will download and install a few days prior to the release date, just with a lock that prevents it from being played before the actual release date, so it will be playable the exact moment of release.

I like how Otto looks, the receding hairline takes some getting used to but he just looks like an average guy. Not particularly sinister or anything, like just from looking at that if his name wasn't Otto Octavius I wouldn't expect him to turn into a mad genius villain master planning things from behind the scenes.

Yeah its something I never even considered until I saw this pic, and thought what a cool idea. I wonder if Ock creates the tentacles for the same reason as his other versions; in order to do dangerous lab work, or is he proposing some other application for them. It looks like he's showing them off to Peter in that pic like they're brand new.

Almost completely got spoiled from starting to read a YouTube comment just running down game spoilers casually. Stopped reading quick enough but I saw one thing I didn't know that's not the main villain, but it was something I've been expecting so not the worst thing to have spoiled. Why do people gotta do that stuff in public places without warning?
