Playstation Spider-Man (PS4) - Part 3

Oh, I'm jut not a fan, I think being so used to the button location and designation on a PS pad, the difference for me is too much, and the buttons are positioned so awkwardly (for me) and whilst I appreciate I'm a kack-handed so & so, which plays a part but just can't m head round them.

I think controller preference is a big deal for which console many people prefer. The latest PS4 controller is my favourite but I’ve loved all the Xbox controllers from 360 onwards, especially for shooters and open world games. I much prefer PS controllers for fighting games though.

I'm afraid to even look for it for fear of seeing spoilers for the rest of the game, I saw someone list them, but not the actual photo, I know it's on 4chan, but I will under no circumstances go anywhere near that cesspool of a website.

There will be more suits added via DLC though, so it would make sense that some highly requested suits could be used to make the DLC more exciting. There are some real nice surprises in there to make up for current omissions though.

Edit: found the pic, this atm seems to be the complete list for the suits the game will come with at launch, it is possible it's incomplete, and it is confirmed more will be added through DLC. For obvious reasons the pic does contain spoilers. So if you don't want to know the suit list until you play than do not click the spoiler.

Chill out people. The Nolan and Burton Batman suits were not initially in Arkham Knight. They added them later as DLC. Most likely will be the same type of situation here.

Any of the 3 big comic suits people expected that aren't in it are likely being saved for sequels because it wouldn't make sense for Peter to make those suits yet if they already have sequel aspirations for them to actually show up in the story.

Still hopeful for the Raimi suit as DLC, it's probably the most requested suit that's not one of the comic suits that have been omitted on purpose.

A lot of people are thinking it is but it just looks like it's the classic suit but cel shaded which basically makes it look almost exactly like the show. I could nitpick that it's not exactly it 100% but it's good enough for me I guess lol.

I don't think it requires a tag but I guess if people don't want to have any clue of the game length, they said it was [blackout]20 hours long on the default difficulty.[/blackout]

Nothing spoilery was said, roughly [BLACKOUT]20[/BLACKOUT] hour length give or take depending on the type of gamer you are, at least 45GB in size, probably more, and the game will have some accessibility options for people with eyesight/hearing problems.

Thanks! I'm wary of clicking on links right now--I don't want to spoil myself about the game story etc. I'm not sure if game length is a spoiler but it might be for some I guess. Anyway, that's a pretty good length imo. Did they say that was just for the story or was that for 100% completion? I'm more of a take my time type of player so I'll probably drag that out considerably.

It's not the best costume selection I'll admit. Having Spider-Punk over the symbiote, Miles Morales, or Cain is asinine to me, but w/e. If they intend to add more via DLC, I'm good.

Ultimate webhead that 20 hours is just for the story with out the side stuff and I am not posting any thing that is like spoliers so if I post it you can known it will be safe. I am staying away from that type of stuff really felt like I new enough after e3 heck really after game informer.

Most of these suits are these silly looking modern ones that deviate so far from the source it comes off stupid looking. I was hoping for more like a Bagley Spidey, or McFarlane, Ross, Ditko, 70's Hammond Spider-Man or Ultimate Spidet-Man (back when it was good) type stuff on top of the Raimi suits. And do not give me the "those are similar enough to the classic suit you get in the game" because the most certainly are not. Any fan can tell the difference in a second and it is fun for us to play using the suits we hold dear. Also it'd be cool if those suits didn't have moving eyes.

Spider-Punk, that silly glowing logo Spidey that Ross has been doing, and all these ones I can't even name or care enough to remember are just a sad waste for me. I'm sure the game will be great but man, the suit selection is pretty disappointing right now. Hopefully the DLC adds Raimi's and some others.

Agreed. I'll never even use half of these suits. Spider-punk is especially pointless. Only interested in the iconic ones.
