I usually try to fully upgrade before the final mission or end of the story with games like this. So I’ll do that first before rushing through the story.

I think it makes it better because you're all fully powered and stuff.

I guarantee I won't be 'fully powered' very quickly, the side mission for me will be like 'Finding Dory', I'll be in the midst of one and then get side-tracked, then side-tracked until I'm back at the first side mission/trophy reward I was supposed to be doing about 1.5 hrs ago.

That is one 'suit' I have no intention of using. Looks absurd.

I agree. Though the suit power attached to that one is pretty cool.

I just feel like the classic suit is most fitting haha. But really any suit is depending on what you want. For me? The classic suit is the way to go.

also, do you guys plan on racing through the story first oooor?

I think out of all the suits the classic is my favorite. There's probably 6 or 7 others that I'll still use on a regular basis. And for me, in a game such as this, I will be taking my time through the story. I prefer to savor all aspects of the game and enjoy everything at a nice 'stop and smell the flowers' kind of pace.

I was going to try for midnight but in order to get tomorrow off I am working today so I won't be able to start playing until around 9 am.

Also, I downloaded the game yesterday no problem but I never got the 1.03 version patch. I tried turning off the system and back on but nothing. Anyone else run into that issue?

This is me to a T haha.

I am SO bad at games it's unreal. In every way possible I am awful at them. This is a bonus in the sense of value of money I get from them but in terms of 'completion' time, always take me 4-5 times longer than everyone else.

I have a question for you, have you gotten an e-mail to receive your figpin? Because I also got the digital deluxe 3-4 days ago and never got an e-mail to get it.

Hmmm. Not sure why I haven't gotten the patches yet. What was in the 1.04 patch? I hope there isn't some kind of bug going on here and I'll just get them when I log in tomorrow.

Yep, two days after I made the preorder I got an email to redeem the pin. If you haven't received it by now I'd send an inquiry.

I have god awful hand / eye co-ordination and a terrible sense of direction so as you can imagine, fine qualities for a gaming odyssey.

No offence, but what's the point of pre-ordering anything and it not arriving at the time of release, defeats the object surely ?
