Far From Home Spider-Man Sequel General Discussion and Speculation

I'm still slightly holding out for the Smythe's and the Spider Slayers with Scorpion. I have a feeling that it'll be Kraven and Chameleon if it's supposed to take place in Europe

I could watch this version of Spider-Man fight anyone in any setting. I love this version of the character.

This is something I proposed to my brother but, if they say used Chameleon, but made him a Skrull? Chameleon on his own lacks the ability to give us a good physical threat, so what is he was upped to a Skrull spy?

Shouldn't we be getting more news on this soon, what with it coming out next year? When did we start getting Homecoming details or, at the very least, rumors?

Who's the actress??

Amber Heard which is a huge age difference and wouldn't exactly work but she's the only one besides Scar Jo who I've ever seen in the role.

Now i remember her. I liked her in Never Back down.

That's what I was thinking as well.

IIRC, it was at least announced that Michael Keaton would be the villain(though not confirmed which one) sometime in Spring 2016.

Nicola Peltz would be my ideal Felicia Hardy/Black Cat especially considering how young Holland is as Peter Parker/Spider-Man

Spider-Man: Homecoming 2 Details Hint at Femme Fatale’s Identity
That Hashtag Show, who revealed the original report of the femme fatale, are back with a little more info on the character. According to their source, the 20-something actor being sought will fill a “Bond-girl type international agent” role in the movie. Given that, THS feels fairly certain that the character will be Jessica Drew—better known as Spider-Woman.
Words cannot describe how much I want this to be true.

I wonder how that would work if Marvel had plans for Spider-Woman and wanted to introduce her in the Spidey sequel, I thought there's some complications with her rights between Sony and Marvel.

I don't think they should speak on phase IV movies yet until absolutely necessary

It starts filming in May so expect the villain casting within the next 4-6 weeks.

Looking forward to more news!

REALLY hoping that we get some casting news then. I need to know what's happening!!!

As for the potential of Jessica Drew, I'd pick Hailee Steinfeld if we want someone close to Tom's age.

Same. Can't wait to see who gets attached and what villains we're getting!

Hailee wouldn't be bad. Her or Kaya Scodelario

My Spider-Woman picks would be one of these actresses

Daisy Ridley(Star Wars)
Kaya Scodelario(Maze Runner)
Sophie Cookson (Kingsman: Secret Service)
Ella Purnell (Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children)
Georgina Campbell (Black Mirror)

They are all British, brunettes and aged between 18 and 25.

Well, this movie is a Sony/Marvel collaboration, so...

As long as her and Captain Marvel become friends!
But that can't happen if they make Jessica Drew too young, it would be weird. Plus I don't want her to be a love interest for Peter... You know what, I take back what I said in my previous post. I hope TheHashtagShow guys are wrong about this.

Why? Younger people can in fact be friends with older ones.

That's true of course, but when was the last time you heard of a 50-60 years old person (because let's face it, unless she somehow gets frozen in time at the end of her solo, that's how old Carol will be in Avengers 4) being BFFs with someone 1/3 their age? Drew is supposed to be Danvers' equal, not her daughter.
