He did that small part for Ragnarok, so I think that he is willing to work in the MCU. He may have just not liked that particular villain/character.

Wondering how they are going to work around the plot for this when marketing. This is coming out 2 months after Avengers 4. They can't just say "Spider-Man is dealing with the aftermath of the battle with Thanos". Going to be tricky avoiding spoilers, I would have no problem if it was all MCU movie but Sony will likely want to show a lot and not care.

I did not watch the clip, as I am now actively avoiding footage until I see the movie, but I'm disappointed to hear they are not using the Giacchino theme. The problem with the MCU themes is they keep changing instead of using them consistently so the hero gets identified with the theme. Obviously we will get the Avengers theme (and maybe Cap), but I was hoping to also hear snippets of Giacchino's Spider-Man and Doctor Strange themes.

Though, I wonder if there is a copyright issue with the Giacchino Spidey theme with Sony.

Hoping to get some news at CinemaCon which starts Monday, April 23rd. We’ll see. The secrecy behind INFINITY WAR might affect it but who knows.

Just checked: Sony has their panel on the first night on Monday @ 6:30PM.

@TheRealSchlosser Can finally confirm I am in fact replacing Low Energy Tom Holland as Peter Parker in Spider-Man "sequel". VERY GOOD replacement, many people are saying it. Holland couldn't hack it. SAD!
