Splinter Cell: ConViction

Yeah, how come it's not simply CoD5?

Infinity Ward wanted to make it clear that its a true sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. They wanted to go with Modern Warfare 2 alone, but the avg consumer was too dimwitted to realize it was another CoD game so Activision made them put the CoD name back on the game.

Yeah, it's a direct sequel with returning characters and a continuation of events from the first one.

That's the part that gets me, I've never cared about a character in a COD ( Save For Price) and I'd rather see a new story all together instead of a continuation.

Well Soap is the new Price.

Badass ice-pick take downs and all. And a mohawk instead of the cool mustache.

CODMWF2.

What a mouthful.

I would have preferred if they'd kept the COD out, like it seemed they would.

MWF2.

I wonder if next year we'll get Call of Duty: World at War 2.

If any one wants to check it out, there are some Conviction items in the Avatar Marketplace. They have a Sam Fisher outfit and then 2 other outfits of characters that are in the game.

I don't even think you could pay me to get stuff from the avatar marketplace.

I'd feel dirty.

I thought he was supposed to be in his 50s, personally. The grizzled old super-spy who can still get it done better than any of the newbies.

Is that cover supposed to be Sam facing his earlier self or something?

One of the soldiers from the end of the E3 demo.
