I did the other day but found out he's doing reshoots until late next year. There's probably not enough time for him to be involved in part 7, but he should be considered.

Not to worry, it sounds like Disney are planning to do plenty of Star Wars films. Hopefully they'll give Jackson a shot somewhere down the line.

Ok, that makes me feel somewhat better about the movie coming out in 2015. I was scared they wouldnt have enough time to get a proper story right.

Nolan is not right for it , but he would give us something light years above the prequels I think.

I like Nolan a lot, but I don't want him on Star Wars, I think he's all wrong for it and to me would not make something light years ahead of anything because it's simply not his wheelhouse.
