Star Wars - Part 6

I remember seeing a Lords of the Sith memorabilia at this place in Vegas and got all excited than I saw it was signed by David Prowse. I mean yeah he wore the suit. But if I'm getting any Vader signature it's going to be by James Earl Jones.

wow, the dude wore a suit for three movies years ago...move on man!

and to be honest...the way Hayden seemed unsteady in the suit (not sure if he meant to be like that or not) was actually perfect. He just had his freaking legs cut off and replaced with cybernetic parts...what's he going to do? Jump up and do the macarena?

It was very Frankeinstein-like and i believe it was done on purpose. I agree, it would have looked weird if he had walked off normally, he was using robotic legs for the first time, it had to look a bit awkward.

Exactly. Anakin found himself in an awkward, constraining metal suit and wasn't use to it at first. The sequels are full of mistakes but this was a deliberate touch.

Visiting memory lane, I watched the Obi-Wan vs. Vader duel on Mustafar. Damn, the part where Vader burns to a crisp breaks my heart every time.

What about you?

No, because that is the point where he finally gets to become the great character that got his name in the history books...of all time! haha, he is immortal from then on! That guy he was before was just some braindamaged bozo.

Someone is actually selling merchandise based on a Star Wars fan edit? That's a first and someone has too much time on their hands.

Yep especially what Obi Wan says right after

You mean the 'you were my brother!' histronics?
I never bought that line really, I never saw any evidence in the prequels that made me feel like they were even close friends.
All the stuff that was written to give that impression just felt like it was there to justify Alec Guiness's 'and he was a good friend' line from epiv.
It was all very artificial.

That's something I'd expect from CelticPredator, not you.:csad:

Does anyone know if hasbro is plannng to release star wars figures based on the NPC's from the Old Republic MMORG?

The only planned Old Republic figure atm is Darth Malgus.

You may have done a lot of work on a fan edit but legally I don't think you can make the claim that it's "yours." On one hand, I know how much it sucks to have your work appropriated by others but on the other...isn't that exactly what you're doing to Lucasfilm yourself?
No. I'm not making any money off of Lucas's work, nor am I taking credit for what he did.

How the **** is Krell a Jedi ? I hope the Clones doing what they did lets Anakin return unannounced & he sees how ****ed up Krell is & Anakin kills him himself. There is no ending is better for Krell. Yoda must have been smoking some good **** to let Krell be a Jedi

Remember, anger leads to the dark side.

I like this weeks Clone Wars ep, the three Clones flying those unusual ships into battle was cool and the discussion over the coms with Krell and Fives was another cool nod Han. :R

The ship design seemed influenced a bit by Joseph Kosinskis GN Oblivion.
