Star Wars Phrase For The New Millenium!

I just remembered, before Revenge of the Sith came out, perennial ASS-Kiss, yes-man, and dope, Rick McCallum (producer of the Star Wars Prequels) said in an interview that in RotS, there was a line that was SO classic that he was certain that it would go on to be uttered by everyone...up there with "May The Force Be With You." and "I'd Sooner Kiss A Wookie", etc.

I know he wasn't talking about "NoooOOOOOOooooo!" because people quote that with derision, and, I believe he said it was a line from Palpatine.

Any idea what he could've possibly been thinking of?
