I love how he lost against Hulk by absorbing glass and falling to break

I always liked Creel. Dug his relationship with Skeeter. Loved when he absorbed Ultron and killed the Avengers in Earth X.

The thing that annoys me the most about Purple Man is the way he mind controls with pheromones. It just feels like some things aren't researched worth a damn. Even if you could mind control one person with a pheromone type it would have the opposite effect on other people. Everyone detects and reacts to opposing or similar pheromones depending on what they have, so I find most powers based on that silly. If you're just going to throw all science out the window just do me a favor and say it's magic, I'd be fine with that.

Really, what's the difference? In the end you're still saying that physics works differently than how we currently understand it.

Anyway, he didn't always do it with pheramones. Originally he send some kind of signal into a person's nervous system by way of their optic nerves. That's why Daredevil was originally immune to his powers, his optic nerves are completely fried.

Best Iron Man villain by far, and IM has a great rogues gallery. It's a shame political correctness has kept him out of the movies so far, if that is what it is.

From what I've read, the reason he's been absent is simply that his powers are kind of weird and it would have taken way too much screen time to explain than the first two movies had to spare.

I don't know about the new guy, but Favreu's plan was always to have The Mandarin in Iron Man 3.

The difference is radiation does in fact cause spontaneous and radical dna mutations 90% of the time result in cancer but the other 10 are an actual mystery. Gamma radiation by it's sheer level of intensity has been the least studied of the radiations. So the one is taking something that does cause changes and is quite unknown and saying this happened (not saying it would but it's open game).

The other is very very very known. Pheromones are something certain mammals secrete to attract mates of opposite pheromone signatures. So your pheromones would attract one person while completely repelling another (assuming your deodorant doesn't cover the sig which most do). So there can be no master pheromone which would control masses because for that to work everyone would have to have the same genetic makeup.

I thought daredevil was able to fight his power because without sight he was able to concentrate better with his other senses. Less input going everywhere gave him better focus and therefore control. I could be wrong but that's how it was explained to me.

I also like Creel, his powerset makes him an interesting opponent in lots of ways. Good to be versatile.

I wish Creel were a tad smarter. He was awesome in Fear Itself b/c he acted wisely. But I dig the character.

I kinda like him being a bit stupid, makes in interesting. If he used his powers well, hell if basically anyone used their powers effectively you'd have a lot of dead heroes. He's like hydroman or someone like that, that if they ever figured how to really use their abilities they would decimate most teams easily by themselves.

love Crusher one of my favorite Hulk Villains! I even loved when he and Thunderstrike would go at it and his" Haw Haw who are you? Sparky!" Awesome powers and one of the few cats that i dig with the non costume look (that dude's persona dont lend itself to wearing spandex) Also one of the few cats i dug when he went straight with Titania. Crusher's the dude you would fight all day after robbing a bank and then go to the bar and talk about women! Creel ROCKS BABY!

I like Creel. He's like Sandman to me in the sense that he has cool ass powers.

Only good things to say about the big lummox. Okay, let's see what you think of Spidey's most classic villain...

The Green Goblin

You can talk about any Green Goblin you guys want, but as for me the only one I ever cared about was Norman Osborn. Aside from some key ******ed moments (sins past, etc). He's a great character. Loved how he was used for Dark Reign, and wondering how it'll turn out with the new Dark Avengers they're working on.

Yep, Norman is the only Green Goblin to me. I love him so much he's getting permanently tattooed on my left shoulder!

the joker is my #1 baddie in comics but this guy... this guy did the #1 bad thing of all time!! Killing Gwen Stacy( well he brought about the circumstances) was the mostest, wrongest, dirtest, baddest deed ever! Man Hero or not they would have been scaping his ass up with that glider if i had got ahold of him.thats &^%$# was just wrong and still such a sad ass scene! and for being just a totally dirtbag *&%$&^% the GG ROCKS!( though i totally hate his ass or what he did)... and there is only one true GG and buddy Norman is it!

Norman: I found him the most interesting comic book villains as the Iron Patriot, never even thought of him as one of my favorite 5 Spidey villains before then

Bart Hamilton: Interesting character and premise, his death was fair

Green Goblin is my favorite Spider-Man villain, tied with Venom. He was a great archenemy for Spider-Man...until Brand New Day ruined their archrivalry by making Norman forget Peter's secret identity. It undermines the very basis of their dynamic, in my opinion.:gg:

Norman Osborn is one of the best villains in comics history. He's both smart and crazy instead of just being either or. He can also be a bit sympathetic because he's a victim to his own formula, but he was already a wealthy businessman so it's not like he wasn't an evil person in the first place. Businessmen in Marvel are all evil except like 5 of them. lol

The dude also throws bombs at people shaped like pumpkins. That's pretty damn sweet to me. He's also a guy that can be effective whether he is wearing the Green Goblin outfit or not. He can terrorize the town as a pretty decent level threat, or he could be up to something shady from his ultra evil mega corporate headquarters. Plus he's got better waves than a black man. I can't help but love a white man who uses S-Curl.

Greatest Spider-Man villain of them all, and that's saying a lot because Spidey villains are great.

Definitely Spider-Man's best villain. Its great to see him becoming more of a threat these last few years.

Ladies' Week! This week we'll get your opinion's on a different Marvel lady every day. Starting with X-lady...

You didn't answer my question: Why is saying "it's magic" better than saying "it's pseudoscience?" In the end, it's the same thing: Things work differently than they do in our world.

Like I said, the ORIGINAL explanation was the aura/optic nerve thing. It changed.

Doesn't she find time to put on some clothes?
At least she's an enjoyable character
