He's like that guy who's so nice that you are waiting to reveal that he's actually an ******* and been talking **** behind your back, and then there's that moment when you realize he's genuine and actually that nice, and it makes him even more of a dick.

A giant dossage of MEH. His only defining character trait that I've picked up on is that he's basically Buddhist. So's Connor Hawke, but he's actually interesting, so I'll pass.

Of course, part of the problem is that alker was created to be a member of the Blue Lantern Corps, and thus came to be as a result of the emotional spectrum. If this were the "state your opinion on a concept" thread I could go on for pages, but to make a long story short the emotional spectrum is dumb, so I might be a little biased.

It is a sign of immaturity to think there's something inherently corruptive about sexuality.

There's nothing immature about seeing serial homicide as inherently corruptive, because it is.

Sad to say with Saint Walker the problem starts with me not liking his design all that much. So, yea, I'm "racist" towards the fictional alien race that he is. I've been wanting to see more and more about the Blue Lantern Corps too and all I keep seeing is his mug and before occasionally was that dumb looking elephant looking alien Blue Lantern. Plus it doesn't help that I think their Entity looks dumb.

So moreso my lack of care for Saint Walker is because of the representation of the Blue Lantern Corps so far. They need more explanation because suddenly in Robinson's JLA he eventually able to make constructs and I forget the reasoning they gave but it was kinda "meh" if I recall my reaction correctly.

i gotta a problem with guy. i love that he's a really REALLY REALLY nice guy, but then how could you be a superhero/ lantern! Superheros beat the crap outta people! This guy is kinda like Gandhi and I cant even see Gandhi going out to stop crime with putting a mask on and beating people up! Unfortunately strife( and not that X-factor villain) makes for a good character. As a dude who i would leave my babe around Cool!( i know that dude wouldn't be like get with me instead of BV!),but as a character he's kinda lame!

Not interested in any of the lantern variations. *shrugs* It seems an over complication and a very silly idea. But that's me as a non-Lantern follower... and has nothing to do with the fact we introduced a blue lantern ring in the DC RPG a few years before DC got the idea.

I find it very sad to think that one of the defining characteristics of a super hero would be "beating the crap out of people." I like to think that a pacifist would be worthy of the title if his actions had a big enough impact.

Yea thankfully that's not a reason I am "meh" about Saint Walker. I like his personality at least and "who he is". Just...don't care for "who he is" at the same time.

Yeah, I think he's boring as hell too. But his hyper space buddhsim is probably the most interesting thing about him.

As contrived as it was I did really enjoy his origin. I know people who have that type of unbreakable spirit so it rang true to me to see him handle those obstacles that way. Overall I could do without him but to be fair I could do without the entire rainbow corps at this point.
