Psycho is a pretty creepy villain especially when he was written by George Perez, Greg Rucka or Gail Simone

My knowledge of Dr Psycho is only very limited, so instead I'll spend my time constructing Rush Limbaugh-esque rants complaining about "The Orange Menace" that is sweeping across America today...

Intolerance to the Oompa Loompa's and their plight is what made Dr Psycho turn evil Hound

Well, Psycho would just be his last name in that case, it's just Dr. Psycho, not Psycho, PhD Dr. Psycho

Anyway, love Cheetah. Another one of the few GA WW villains that stayed in tact, though I don't know if I'm as fond of the Perez/Post-Crisis take as some of the earlier stuff. If they could sort their ****, she'd make a good arch nemesis for Wondie.

She has reflected Cheetah's claws a couple of times

But yeah, she's definitely not at the same level as Luthor and Joker as the whole polar opposite thing, but she could have been, I think, if Perez would have emphasized her more as such Post-Crisis, or Wondie would've had enough stability with writers to have someone really refine that.
