He coulda had class, he coulda been a contender... but then he was born an idiot and got his arse beat down by a guy dressed in a spidersuit on the regular...

Yeah, classic Marvel character. Too f**ked up in the head to really be worth a damn for much more than robbing a bodega. :o

Yeah, Electro >>>>> Venom

Was there ever any question about Electro being better than Venom? I just assumed that everyone felt this way.

I like Electro. I hate his status as a C-lister. I hate his current look when there was nothing wrong with his classic (corny) look. I hate how he's supposedly a mutant instead of a guy that just got powers in a non-sensical way. I love the old-school stories with him. I wish Electro took up a more serious role in Spidey's rogues. Venom > Electro. I wish Electro the best.

I hate his status as a low-end villain too...I always thought he should be one of the top Spidey villains, (even with the old outfit), as well as threaten a few other hero's more often. I like him.....and I also agree he should be in the movies too!

I really like Electro. He's definitely one of the more underrated villains in Spider-Man's rogues gallery. He's just been written badly over the years and that's hurt him.

You see, I don't want him to be a big time villain. I prefer him being a walking example of wasted potential. It's what gives the character depth.

Yeah, I agree. If anyone remotely competent had those powers, there wouldn't be much that could stop them. He's better as a f***-up who secretly wants to bang Spider-Man.

Now that would be :awesome:

its 2 for Tuesday! 1st coming to the stage! He died so many times too, that his name should be "Phoenix man" instead! One of the original "Costumes!?!? We dont need no stinkin costumes!!" it's

WonderMan

I don't mind Wonder Man although it took me a while to warm up to him. (He still isn't that high on my like meter, but at least now I can read an issue without groaning that he's in it). For me he falls in that gray area where he's cool and I like seeing him in supporting roles, but not cool enough that I would buy a series starring only him in it. Groovy shades too, man....

Love the version you picked and it would be cool to see him in a live action movie Kickin a few back with Beastie.

I like his current costume, hate his current direction. Funny, he and Doc Samson are perfectly equal in my book of preferences. He's a'ight.

The direction of Wonder Man isn't the problem. I could totally understand why he thinks he died years ago and his resurrection was the product of a Wanda losing it. The problem I have is that he turned into a villain that hates his friends "just because".

He should be struggling internally with his dilemma as to whether or not he's a dead guy and his life is a lie. It would parallel "his brother" The Vision in so many ways and end up making a ton of sense.
