I love her green nail polish on her toes too. That adds a nice touch. Does she normally wear open-toed sandals though? I can't imagine that is her regular costume unless she just doesn't mind her ribbons falling off (or others pulling it off) when she's moving about and fighting.

If I were Thor, I wouldn't be trying to hit her in a battle but would be reaching for those ribbons.

Dark! you are going off on a tangent somewhere.. and i pretty much have an idea where! me i like em with stilettos on but, we are also talking about how bad/ cool a character she is

anyways Hela is bad ass.i know Loki is a Thor guy but he's also one of those "the whole gang has to get together to stop" too. Hela should be one"oh *&^%! we have to get the whole gang from antman to the Xmen to stop her!Like Thanos or Darksied.Neither DC nor Marvel has a girl one.Dark Phoenix was close, but then she only a Xmen type too that's why i dug Loki as a girl he was still that way but a girl!Hell alot of chicks are more cunning and brutal than guys anyway!(ask my ex wife hehe) Hela could fit that role beautiful as sure as she does 6 inch stilettos!She's a 10 on the rocktor!

She always mostly had the full green bodysuit that kuro and the others showed, but recently started wearing less.she's always been a seductress. Its part of her guile and tact...in other words some dude decided they would rather draw a hot girl with no clothes on and heels! Hahaha what is wrong with you guys and her clothes or lack there of?!? She's the goddess of Death!!! She's EVIL I tell you!! PURE EVIL!!

I always thought a good event would be loki and his whole family going after earth. Him, Fenrir, Jourgamund, Hela, hell toss in his two brothers that have never been in comics (but he has them) and maybe a crapload of his children on earth.

Better than fear with making up random **** when you've got plenty of legit stuff untouched in norse mythology.

In most ancient mythologies I know of, the gods/personifications of the dreaded Death tend to be among the most benevolent. Hela is no different in Marvel's books (most of the time).

It's not the gods of death you have to fear; it's the a-holes who send you to meet them.

Way I figure with people like hela killing people isn't even that big a deal. I mean they are proof of a spirit and afterlife, so for them killing isn't killing it's just transferring from your impermanent form to your permanent form. Plus with norse mythology if you stand up to the god of death you probably go to valhalla which is awesome and if you don't you end up in hela's plane which isn't nearly as bad as any other hell type place, more of limbo than anything and you can hang out with Tyr.

Yeah, clothes don't really seem to suit her to be honest. I think she should stick to flimsy ribbons at the very most.
