State your unpopular video game opinion...

The Last of Us is boring.

Great story that I want to stay invested in, but the minute I try to play it, I'm seriously ready to stop. My friends would never (and still) let me be with my opinion. And then I got the game (and PS4) for free. I tried it. I literally stopped right after I 1st meet Effie or Allan or whatever the &^)$ her name is.
I played through the first time on PS3 and loved it. Got really invested in the story.
Then I just recently picked it up for the PS4 for about ten bucks. And its kind of been difficult for me to really get back into it.

I've still yet to play The Last of Us

I just bought a PS4 two weeks ago and I never played the TLOU before, and I was really excited to play the remaster, but the game isn't simply what it was made out to be.

Everyone I knew online and my buddies were making the game out to be the next TDK of gaming, and even though it's playable and decently interesting, it's not as "amazing" as everyone claims it is. Mind you, I didn't play it at launch obviously, so that WOW factor may not be there like it was for the people who got it when it came out.

My unpopular opinion is that JAWS Unleashed is a super fun game. I'm surprised that game even came out.

Jaws Unleashed was stupid as hell but a fun and crazy stupid. :D

I'm eh on the Last of Us.. Good game but not the best ever. I also fully believe it should be one and done with NO sequels.

I really hate companies putting GOTY DLC all on one disc. It ****s with the save size making everything go to crap.

I watched someone do a lets play of it and thought it was alright but nothing that amazing.

It's a different beast actually playing the game. That's the thing about...games :P

Games that have great gameplay? I absolutely agree.

Games that are primarily a story delivery mechanism? Watching can do just fine.

And The Last Of Us definitely falls into the first category.

I beat the game 4 times on grounded. Usually skipping cutscenes.

So. I have to agree with Oscorp.

It also has one of the best multiplayer out there on console.

I've played games similar to it enough with the same mechanics so I don't think I'd be missing that much.

I didn't say I think it's bad. Just overrated.
word, my bad
I don't know, that's kind of the impression I had going into it.
I didn't realize it beforehand, but it looks like that is the case. so your opinion works ;)
Most people did. I think it's a masterpiece, to the point that I have doubts Naughty Dog will ever be able to better it.
I agree that it is a masterpiece, and you may be right that ND may not be able to outdo themselves. They didn't expect the critical acclaim that Uc2 had. Also its successor was also critically acclaimed, I think the general consensus is that it does not hold a candle to Uc2.

Hmm, not exactly. I didn't enjoy tlou BUT that is purely because of taste. After having played though it reinforces my belief that this game deserved all the attention that it got.
