Sue's Look: What do you think?

In some photos they look kinda purple, but in others they look really really blue.

I honestly think Jessica Alba looks ******ed with the blonde hair. I think they should have given her a better hair color INSTEAD of staying true to the comicbook character. I mean, honestly, even though Sue Storm, in the comics, has blonde hair, do you want the actress who portrays her to be given blonde hair if it looks FRIGGIN ******ED on her? I don't.

Alba's skin is waaaaaaay too tan. She looks horrible with the bleach blonde hair color.

yeah... im not sure where everyone else is coming from... I didnt start this thread as a knock on her as an actress of even her take on Sue in the first movie...

to go further, i thought it was weird to take a woman who looks SO different that sue and do endless work to make her look like sue in the first...

this thread was intended to be a observation of her bizarre look in the sequel...

great film FF2 a bit more serious but still kept that family dynamic the comic characters are known for. The part where surfer first reports to galactus was movie gold for me and also the scene at the end where they all hug each other shows the FF are a family first then a superteam second. I even think they handeled galactus well, of course i would rather see a giant CGI monster but the cloud worked i loved that you could almost see his face in the centre. A FF third movie MUST be made!

This is a photo from Fantastic Four... Note the light blue eyes, subtle natural make-up, soft eyebrows and Jessica's natural hair dyed blonde.

Now compare that to the horrible picture below from the new movie.

NOT only are her eyes too dark a blue....
Not only are her eye brows overtweaked and too dark
But she has way too much eye-make-up
AND worst of all, that HORRIBLE wig looks like a cheapo wig from your local halloween store!

They did the unthinkable and what I thought was impossible in this movie. They made Jessica Alba look BAD!

Okay, for me the most distracting and offensive thing in Rise Of The Silver Surfer was what they did to Jessica Alba, one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood. From the horrendous wigs, to the make-up-artist-gone-crazy eyes, they really messed up the look that was established in the first film.

So do you think Jessica Alba looked better in the first movie or the second?

There the only scene where she looked scary IMO was the pre-ceremony part where she shares some time with Alicia. Her hairline around the temples was...bad.

But aside from that? I thought she looked stunning--ESPECIALLY during the following:

1.) At the bachelor party where she busted out Reed

2.) When she was giving Reed his massage

Times like the above her hair looked fine and she really embodied Susan Storm Richards to a tee. They obviously went with the lighter blonde to capture that look so I approve of it. I think if they put a little darker color at the roots and change the eye color they'll have the look perfectly...they're on the right track though.
