It's getting very positive responses from my friends and family on social media.

Anyone know the inspiration for Enchantress' crescent moon ornament? It looks mythological. Shiva maybe?

I thought it referred to Isis, the Egyptian lunar goddess. Your suggestion is just as likely, though.

Yeah, I'm finding several candidates. Diana/Artemis, Ishtar, basically the moon goddesses. Trying to think which would match Enchantress best.

I've lost count how many times I've watched this trailer. SOOOOOO GOOD.

I think i've seen this trailer more times than BvS.

my guess on the lunar crown is that it's a play on its universality in mythic symbols, i dont think it's meant to be tied to one particular mythology. of course, the movie could change that, but that's been my presumption.

So does anyone else think that there's a chance of this movie being rated R? I know David Ayer is very much a no holds barred kind of director, so I think even though it would be a huge gamble, I wouldn't count it out.

I think this movie has a good shot at being PG. Hoping for G though.

I really hope it is rated R, but I doubt it even though it's been shown to make some great BO numbers... like recently with The Kingsman.

I'm thinking that the film's rating might be up in the air; a kind of situation where they may want to see both how BvS does, and how the market seems to be doing next summer.

That, and the probably want to see the completed cut of Ayer's initial version before making any decisions.

If all the edge is violence, mental terror, and sensuality as opposed to sexuality, they could easily slot this in as a hard PG-13. But I can see WB not wanting to hold Ayer back from his own vision and deciding to forestall just in case in turns out they've got a masterpiece of a rated R movie on their hands.

Does anyone know the budget for this? if it's pretty low (for blockbuster standard) then I could see it being rated R.
