I think Harley is bringing in a lot of the views. Women love her. Leto's Joker has a lot of interest. Also that song is bringing in some views. Its so awesome and really picks up after the Harley bat scene.

Well on youtube the thumbnail is the Joker, I think that in itself has helped boost the numbers a lot (which is why it was chosen I'm sure), most will at least know that is some sort of version of the Joker going on so if nothing else they will click on it through curiosity.

so there is some news that WB won comic con with BvS and SS trailers. right? one is an action packed trailer and the other is focused on characters. i am more interested in SS. i saw enough big scale destruction movies. SS looks unique.

Kind of wonder if WB is mad that SS has taken some of the hype from BvS. BvS is sitting at 31 million views and SS at 28.5 mil views in 2 less days.

I'm sure they're glad people are loving SS. But I think they wanted BvS to totally dominate this time period and then release a SS trailer in September.

One def has bigger action.
Though given ss has mostly dialogue free exposition and costume shots, hard to say it had more 'focus' on characters. There seemed to be plenty of that in the new bvs imo. All the wayne stuff alone..

Anyways, youtube numbers are incredibly skewed. SS has 5 million plus views on the movie clips page as it stands. There are countless re uploads and world star hip hop and such....

The Song is I Started a Joke by the Bee Gees but the one sing the song in the trailer is unknown at this time. At least from what I can find.

I am only going to see this film for Harley Quinn. If there where a comic book character I was in love with she would be the one. Margot Robbie from all that I can see is going to be awesome as Harley Quinn.

I have never seen Margot Robbie in anything but I watch a clip of her from Wolf of Wallstreet and knew she would be perfect. Then I saw the trailer for Suicide Squad and knew I was right and fell in love with her has Harley. It would been so much better if Heath Ledger could played the Joker cause I'm not to crazy on Jared Leto as Joker at this point. I hope that changes.

Hard to rate as it's not really a trailer-trailer, rather a fist look reel put together as one and not intended for wide-public release, only fans at CC. But they released it and if I look at it as a teaser trailer... 8/10. Too long winded, too much Harley (for a teaser), nothing character wise that really hooked me in and no real actions scenes of worth - that's because they are still filming and the trailer came out too soon. But I loved the music, tone, cinematography and the opening with Waller and closing with ''the crazy ones''. And Batman. Batman means an automatic +2 on the rating thats why I give it an 8 and not a 6. t:

Hope Ayer can deliver. After Training Day his scripts are strong in characters and their interactions but very weak on the overall plot plus I'm still not 100% sold on him as a director, I found Fury disappointing and it didn't live up to it's premise or the first half of the film. Oh and Sabotage. No comment there. But I am optimistic for SS. t:

It was funny seeing one of the criminals with a Batman mask. One of Joker's criminals, that is. Oh, and Parrack is clearly playing one of the Joker's men.

And it seems the plot will in fact revolve around Joker on one side and Enchantress on the other. Joker is THE bad guy of this film, it seems.

It seems Joker is the bad guy! I think he will be the bad guy in dc like Thanos is to be in Marvel. But Joker is totally nuts!! They obviously are going to make the Joker look sooooo insane and so evil that good and bad guys can't trust him. Which is realistic to the comic books. I like how they are keeping it dark like the Nolan Movies. He already created a bleek universe so keep it that way. I didn't feel that way after Man of Steel but once I saw the BvS trailer and SS trailer I like how this is going. Keep it rated R!!

I agree! I like Marvel and DC but honestly if DC brings out all the A players and keeps it dark there is no way DC can be beat! The joker alone sparks off more interest than all Marvel bad guys together.
