BB may have only made a little over $200 million domestically, but it dominated DVD sales. Somehow I don't think SR will do so well.

Why not? They were both well received. And, will be about 10 Million apart in Domestic intake. Internationally, SR will do better.

Just think about this,

BB in it's 2005 DVD run, did about 190 Million in DVD sales/rentals....that's about 3-4 months of the DVD being out.

Now, with SR being released for X-Mas 2006, why isn't it possible again for SR to do similar numbers?

(Strictly a DVD question. The box office is roughly the same for SR and BB. Neither blew the doors off the other....)

I'll wait till it's in the 6.99 section in Walmart.

Plus dl'ded to watch some of the better scenes anyways.

I'd never drop more than $10 on it, sad to say because I love Supes just not this incarnation/depiction of him.

Can't wait for Timm's Death of Superman though..now that I'd definately drop $$ on!
