Aaaaaand Zapatera continues to keep sucking and making stupid decisions.

I loved the music when he talked about the gorilla and the lion being crossed by Rob and Grant.

"The gorilla," BOOOOONG "And the lion," BOOOOONG.

Also, Grant is in a very good position in this game. He could do some major damage. He is in a strong strategic position and could definitely make a run on immunity challenges late in the game.

That whole thing came off to me like a serial killer making a home video of himself right before going on a rampage.

I've been rooting for Matt, but at this point I say "Go Stephanie!" She's the more interesting of the two.

She would be one of the more interesting ones to make it back into the game. Matt's tough to beat though , it will be surprising to see him get taken out.

I actually think they made the right decision, to be fair.

Taking out Sarita last night would have virtually guaranteed none of them will win the game. It's a game of numbers, and Stephanie is not a number. Steph will flip on them first chance she gets. They need all 6 people going into the merge, because as soon as they lose the majority, they're toast.

And yeah, Stephanie may be stronger than Sarita, but that doesn't make her Mike Tyson. They don't even know what the next challenge is going to be yet, or whether having Stephanie would've helped at all.

Taking Steph our made sense to me, it's better to have a weak player you can trust than a slightly stronger player that you absolutely can't trust. After all what good is it going into the merge six strong if the sixth player is going to stab you in the back the first chance she gets... Survivor is a game of trust and alliances, you have to form a group that you feel can stay together and avoid falling into infighting.

Philip is crazy and has once again shown why you can't trust him with anything. Also, if your annoyed with people not pulling their weight around camp then simply do that same things as they and see how well they like it when stuff doesn't get done.

Yes, yes, yes. When Steve and Marine Dude were talking to him about voting for Sarita, I was expecting Ralph to say, "but guys, she's so purrty." All Sarita had to do was walk over to Ralph after the challenge and smile at him. "But David done real good today... okay, I'll vote for David."

I also loved the Redemption Island moment when Stephanie was talking about who's going to do the puzzles if David gets the boot, and Ralph's like, "I can do it if I have to."

I couldn't understand why they weren't just rebounding for him and letting him take all the shots. That game could've been over quick.

It'll be interesting to see Grant in the individual immunity challenges. For that matter, it'll be interesting to see Matt in the indy's too with all of his accumulated duel experience. Wouldn't that be crazy if Sarita of all people took him out at the last challenge, though?

Yeah, I was wondering why any of them were taking shots instead of just fetching balls for him to shoot.

This is a great time to merge. Assuming Matt wins:

-where does he align himself? Does he align himself at all? I assume he'll fall in with Ometepe again and maybe setting himself up with Andrea and Phillip.
-It's going to be a culture shock for Rob when these older people come in and don't have a case of hero worship.
-I can easily see Phillip kinda getting Shambo'd into Zapatera, where he's welcomed and gets all "the crispy." Can't you see Steve sitting with him by the fire and giving him all the respect he wants. And Marine Dude there too sharing war stories with him.
-How skilled will Rob be in playing his idol?
-When does Zapatera take the idol from Ralph. I see that as a possible major fight, with Ralph playing the role of an ignorant Gollum. "My purrty."

The 'culture shock' for Rob is something I'm looking forward to.

Tonight was the Boston Rob show, once again.

Boston Rob narrates a long segment where he explains how he's turning the group against Phillip.
Phillip can't have the crispy rice because Boston Rob wants the crispy rice.
Once again Boston Rob is the only one to look for the clue and once again he gets it without anyone noticing.

I really hope not. This is the first time I'm actually rooting for Matt.

Does anyone think the duels are too easy? Tying sticks together and stacking dominoes is enough to get you a spot back in the game? And tonight's duel was basically luck more than anything. I wanna see them earn it.
