um, ok....are your panties always in such a twist? lighten up.Um, no.. I never made any such comparison. I simply asked for a logical explaination for which I still have not gotten.
the logical explanation would be that, in the show, they havent really put too much relevance in the prophecy as they did in the book, whil int he show we see that every town, village they go to they know richard as the seeker, mainly by the sword and later by word of mouth and so on, he has liberated a few cities so far, the show has not shown the dharan army to be as mean as they are in the books, or at least as evil as rahl is is the show as he is in the book, so those that watch the show and have not read the books would not think that the army would come back to those cities and destroy them, not to mention that sounds more like the orders way of doing things than rahl's since he was more focused on the boxes than anything else to care. and in the show, rahl knows what richard has been doing in the cities and he knows that people know the seeker is back and working to stop him, hope is being brought back to the midlands, and in the show it seems this concerns rahl. so when denna is given the job of getting the seeker, she thus tells richard that rahl wants him to be "taught" to be on his side than to be brought before the people and say that he is on rahls side, thus banishing all aspects of hope. now if this was being made closer to the books none of this would matter b/c no one in the midlands even knew who or what a seeker was, they met maybe 2 people who did along the way. and rahls intention of getting richard was b/c yes he knew the prophecy and he knew richard had the book or at least knew where it was, blah blah, he knew the seeker was the only who could stop him. so thus, why i think you are not seperating knowledge of the books and watching the show. i know its hard i wish they could have kept to the books but they obviously have not.
