To all the fans of Xmen,
I think its time to take a stand.
Its not fair to what is FOX doing to the fans. I mean seriously, we the fans are disappointed of what FOX is doing to us. Especially with the different problems with the X3 DVDs with the false advertising. Its time for someone to actually take a stand because we have consitutional rights to tell FOX how we feel because all they want is $$$ money $$$
and power. Unfortunately, I really loved X Men the Last Stand , but the biggest disappointment is knowing that FOX didn't want a Dark Phoenix focused story. Instead, they wanted a focus on Storm and Wolverine. The visual effects of the concept art of the Phoenix looks sooo awesome. Fox rushed the production of X Men the Last Stand in order for it to open before the summer session. Sooo I could go on and on but to make my point. I am disappointed of the fact that the US got a region 1 dvd with only 11 deleted scenes and only 1 disc while overseas they get the 2 discs.

Listen write letters to Fox and Marvel Entertainment stating how you feel about X Men the Last Stand. Pass this word on: We as citizens of the United States of America have freedom of speech to express how we feel about different issues. Also, overseas people come on if your really a fan of XMen STAND UP. Are you just going to sit there and stay quiet about not having a X Men 4 movie. Seriously, X Men the Last Stand worldwide was a sucess. If only more time and effort and MONEY was put into X3. MAKE SURE MAIL UR DVD TO FOX with a letter of complaints as fans.... here are the addresses. If you live near these addresses hand deliever it and tell the front desk make sure it comes to the hands of the President of the Company. Mail to either MARVEL or FOX

lol they dont ever read these letters. They dont even read scripts sent this way, just imagine letters. We are a small part of the people who watched these movies...

well it's worth a try...we gotta try..plus imma go to NYC and meet up with someone over at XMFF and we're gonna to to Fox.

lol hey perfect storm x, its me darkphoenix4ever @ xmenfilms boards...
yeah come on people its worth a shot to try at least because it doesn't' hurt to make a change by trying -_-

The are only two ways to get FOX to listen

A) An X-Men flops badly box office wise

B) The X-Men DVDs do not sell

But we all know those two option will never happen so FOX can & will **** with the fans all they want

i think the only possible way we can save the x-series is if marvel gets the rights back. that way there will be an x4. I really hope an X4 is on its way..:csad:

Then we should complain to Marvel then right? Express how we feel... and maybe they'll pull the plug sooner the better. Besides, Marvel owns X-Men and shouldn't they be the ones upset about the way the x-men character arcs are being treated? Of course... Stan Lee should be too, after all he's the one who created the X-World. If we can get through to Marvel, then they can do something about it by pulling the plug on Fox.

^thats a great idea.Everyone should participate and write a letter remember spread the word to everyone worldwide. FOX IS EVIL and marvel have to know that,

Thats the only way I can think of that should get the message across. I mean, it should cause Fox wouldn't give a rat's ass about what the average fanboy/girl thinks.

Give it a try...atleast and see how that turns out. Good luck.

You think they would of learned that after TAS.

i hate how i had soo much expectations for the dvd and the movie that things didn't turn out.
Our lists could go on of disappointments

Don't you think there are better things you could spend your time compla....I mean, campaigning against?

Ive said this before and il say it again...Fox is a Billion dollar company and you dont get or stay that way by listening to a very small fraction of people. They have to appeal to the major market and thats what they did. Nobody can blame them because if you were in their shoes you would try to do the same thing. I'm not saying that i like everything that happend but nothing you guys do can change the movie, they aren't going to remake it for a small fraction of people. Also nobody who matters at fox would get the letters they prob throw them all out which isnt fair but thats what prob will happen.

a huge company like Fox really wouldnt care about the fans, they just care about money really.

i dont think they would read all those letters anyways. plus whats done is done. deal with it

Unfortunately, I'll be buying both versions. Hopefully the full version comes out soon. But, the Stan Lee exclsuive? As a marvel fan efinitely worth it. Hopefully other MARVEL films follow suite with a similar exclusive.

If this is about double dipping, I agree- it is getting repetitive and too much.

If it's about some getting more deleted scenes than others, this was a technical difficulty. Lucky one at that for those fortunate ones, but these scenes were never meant to be released until the second edition. So, I'm fine with that.

Tell that to the fans that got Batman Begins, Superman Returns, and Casino Royale.

If people stop having a defeatist attitude and stand up to a billion dollar corporation, then perhaps things can change and they won't be thinking that everyone loves their product.

In the end all we can do is try; and if we fail, then that's the way it is and we move on with our lives. But Fox will not silence me nor will those who support the film silence me either.

Way ahead of you, buddy. FOX and Marvel need to get a clear, loud message that 1) we are not pleased with the movie, 2) we are not pleased with where they are going wit this franchise and 3) we want them to do something about it, or there's gonna be a slump in ticket, DVD, comic, and other memorabilia sales. If money is the only language they can understand, then we sure as heck can speak that language too.

Tim Story is actually listening to the fans this time around so i wouldn't be quick to say they don't listen.

Seeing as how well the movie has done so far, that's probably not the message they're getting right now. :oldrazz:

But I think the DVD issue is a legitimate gripe to complain to them about. The whole 10/21 deleted scene issue is bogus, it should be the same on all of the DVDs, and at least better quality control when they decided to reduce the number of deleted scenes so there weren't two versions floating around.

The features on it are so scarce that I was half-expecting to see a trailer for whatever special edition is coming next. FX has been running the first two movies this week as a promo for the X3 DVD, and they're actually showing interviews and behind the scenes footage that weren't included on this DVD.

It's ridiculous. "Superman Returns" and POTC2 are getting a single-disc and double-disc release at the same time later this year, there's no reason Fox couldn't have done the same with the first X3 release.

They're good enough gripes to complain about...and I would say the best thing to do is to write to those addresses and let them have it. Trust me, they do read them.

Just remember to keep it civil (no death threats to Tom Rothman, etc), and just be clear about it. Who knows what will happen, but it's certainly worth a shot.
