It's no doubt the Batman Begins score titles were weird

Barbastella, Molossus, etc...

well, it's also no doubt that Hans Zimmer will use the same approach for The Dark Knight, but what will he name the songs?

Well it's first important to know what he named them. Each BB song is named after a genus of bat, of course.

Well, what if he runs out of names to use by the time of the... say... 6th film? I doubt it. Here's a page of genus names.
