Okay, I like all the suggestions so far. But I think I am going to take a different route. Sticking to the Batman Begins Teaser type formulea.

(I love the Gordon and Dent stuff, but I am going to do this trying to stick to BRUCE, because that is what they want to do with this series of movies.)
Here I go:

*WB LOGO*

BRUCE(VO):

There is somebody out there.

(Police cars race down the street)

Someone lurking in the shadows.

(See a shadowy figure)

Someone, out for blood.

(quick flash of body bag)

Out there for the thrill.

(Big Explosion)

And it's not...

(cut to Bruce's face)

...ME...

(Lighting strikes)

(flashes of a grin)

(As the Bat logo fades in, with Two in roman numerals *II*, we hear laughing)

To be honest, this was meant to be serious...than as I started doing it, I meant it as a joke. LOL. But technically it could work, if it was a bit better. Like if he didn't say: "its not me" that part was a joke

But it could be done to something similar like that. Maybe. lol.

Damn, I am confused. Can't make up my mind. I like it, even though it was suposed to be a joke. Maybe some of the brilliant people in here can expand on that, or just put better dialogue to it.

I don't see why not. It took Spiderman only a month to film and make a teaser, I dont see why the the Batman crew cant do something similar. If they miss Spidey 3 they make a mistake.

Sony won't do it that's why, Since Potter is done by WB it would make sense more.

It might not be attached to Spiderman 3, but they can still send out the trailer around the same time Sm3 comes out. It won't always be with SM3 then, but I bet a lot of theaters would show it with SM3 still. Then they can have it attached to HP so no matter what it is shown.

And than at the end, have laughing while the BB Logo comes up.

But was the SM3 teaser actually attached to SR? Because I know myself and others did not see the SM3 teaser wit SR.

Wow guys, great ideas, I'm glad I started this topic. If you visit BOF (batman-on-film) and read into this a bit, Jett the editor has hinted many times that WB has planned to release some form of a teaser with Spider-Man 3.

He has to be kept secret until the film comes out.

Ok...you know how some people didn't think there was an actual heroic Batman theme in BB?! Well...I don't care if they start the trailer out with generic preview music....but imagine this....
...the music from Begins plays in the last portion of the trailer over beautiful Nolan imagery and action clips....you all know ofcourse what music I mean...it was almost a theme...they played it when when he was climbing the mountains and after the trainwreck...
...that would be awesome to me.

My TEASER (incorporating the ideas in this thread):

Ext. Alleyway. Night.

Two men stand separated from a crowd of forensics and police. The two men are Captain JAMES GORDON and district attorney HARVEY DENT. GORDON puffs on his cigar as they walk past the police line, lifting it over their heads. They proceed up the alley.
The alley is damp, puddle ridden, with dumpsters making it smell as sour as it looks.
The two men continue up to their goal. As they walk up the alleyway, they talk.

GORDON
Fifth this month.

DENT
He's toying with us, he's good at it too.

GORDON
Another prominent enforcer of the Maroni family. We're gonna’ have a mob war on our hands.

The two men reach their goal. The music begins to swell slowly. There, in the shadows, lies a corpse. A man, 37 years old, his face is covered in shadows, but his blood spatters the asphalt. We cut to the to men’s faces-disgusted. Back on the body the camera zooms in as it slowly pans, the music continues to swell. The camera moves to what looks like a piece of paper near the body. We cut to GORDON who leans down to pick up the item. He lifts it up and the music reaches its highest level. We see what the item is in a POV close up and the music stops.

In GORDON'S hand, we see close, a playing card, a JOKER.

GORDON looks up to DENT.

GORDON
I think it's time you met my partner.

CUT TO.
Ext. GCPD Rooftop. Night.

A light illuminates the two men from the side. The two men, GORDON and DENT stand on the rooftop, waiting.

DENT
How much longer?

GORDON
As long as it takes.

DENT
Oh.

We hear something, like a soft rustle off-screen. The two men hear it as well, they turn and look. Standing in front of a large spotlight is the silhouette of the BATMAN.

BATMAN
Gentlemen.

CUT TO.
BLACK

FADE IN.
THE DARK KNIGHT

FADE TO.
RETURNS SUMMER 2008

FADE TO:
BLACK

I don't know about the rest of the teaser, but I think it would be cool if the teaser started at the Wayne's gravesite.
