Comedy Ted Lasso - Apple's heartwarming sports comedy show

As Roy Kent would say, it's ****ing August but I'm feeling very Christmassy.

I can't recall any other show that makes the viewer feel this good after watching an episode. This should be required therapy for anyone feeling depressed. What a remarkable show.

"****, you're amazing. Let's invade France." :funny:

"You had me at coach."

Another amazing episode.

Keeley's admiration for Rebbeca is sweet and hilarious.

The RomCom stuff was great.

Roy Kent is awesome as always

This might have been my favorite episode of the entire show so far. That ending was excellent and Roy is probably my favorite character at this point, which is really saying something with a cast this talented.

Man, I felt bad for how everyone treated Nate in this week’s episode! :csad:
It makes me wonder if he's going to think Kent is taking his place and will act out more?

I feel like this last episode airing during Emmy voting pretty much just guaranteed Goldstein's win.

The Man City episode was amazing, so many plotlines and character beats came together in this episode.

Loved the stuff with Roy and his niece, Issacs god tier barber skills, Jamie and his father, Jamie and Roy, Ted and the Doc, Sam, Rebecca, ect.

I've seen a lot of predictions that Nate will wreck things for Richmond at some point and I could see that happen. Rupert has been quiet for too long as well. I could see him returning to unleash some trouble for Rebecca and company.

The feels.

What a ****ing show.

Apple can afford that easily.

Probably the longest episode of the series and it was a more ore less a journey into the mind of Brendan Hunt and he wasn't even the writer of it. It was weird at times but came together very nicely. Gary Lineker and Thierry Henry appearances were money. Always knew Henry was a dick. :funny:

And now I have this song stuck in my head:

every award is so deserved

And after this week's episode, it's pretty much guaranteed to repeat in the same categories next year.

Loved this week’s episode much more than last week! Balanced humour and drama really well!

It really was a roller coaster having one of the funniest scenes in the show to date with Rebecca, her mother and Keeley in the church to one of the most emotional ones with Ted and Rebecca opening up about their pasts in that brilliantly edited scene.
