Depends. I can see her do a sexy upbeat song and a sensual slow song as well.I feel like Dua Lipa could do a solid, upbeat Bond song.
Dr. Samantha Anyhoney. And she will give all the honey.Dua Lipa should do the next Bond song, play the next Bond girl, and be the next Bond.
Also, the movie should be called Duanother Day.
I really want the next film Bond theme to be a bombastic and catchy rocker like You Know My Name, Live and Let Die , or View To A Kill.
I don't want another melancholy balled like the last two films had .
Don't get me wrong, some of the Bond ballads like You Only Live Twice, Nobody Does It Better, and Skyfall, are among my favorites in the series, but for the first reboot film, I'd like to see the return to another up-tempo Bond theme.
Craig's styling at that press conference definitely wasn't the best, nor was his very similar appearance in that first promo photo they released. However, those who had seen him in Layer Cake (like the Broccolis) knew the potential (which definitely wasn't 17 years old me at the time):It’s amazing what a haircut and buffing up can do as long as you cast an amazing actor.
It still blows my mind how Daniel Craig went from
To
It’s why fan casting can be so boring since people never think outside of the box and what a great actor can achieve when they really want to. Usually those picks give you something extraordinary than something that is exactly what you expect.
I’ll always lean towards the risk if the talent is there.
"The World is Not Enough" is the best of the Brosnan Bond themes IMO. Tina Turner sings the hell out of "Goldeneye" so it's got that going for it but the lyrics make no sense when you realize she's singing about an orbital weapon. The World Is Not Enough is still my favorite Bond theme, followed closely by Skyfall and Goldeneye.

Most of the Bond titles fit well enough as song titles but I just find it funny whenever the lyricists felt like they had to write the songs around the movie titles when they didn't need to at all. Lyrically, "Moonraker" is an even more ridiculous song than "Goldeneye". "Thunderball" doesn't make much sense either but that song is genuinely awesome, to the point that Tom Jones passed out hitting that last high note.lol I’m used to Bond songs making no sense. I just look for a good melody and words that sound cool together.
the only ones of his I really liked was Tomorrow Never Dies Sheryl Crow did a great job on itI don't particularly like any of Brosnan's Bond themes tbh.
That's the only one I have a slight soft spot for it.the only ones of his I really liked was Tomorrow Never Dies Sheryl Crow did a great job on it
Second-worst for me. "Writing's on the Wall" was worse because Sam Smith not only shat it out in 5 minutes (he's admitted this), he cannot sing. Dude's falsetto is less Freddie Mercury and more "crying over a bad break-up". That's how bad he is. And we gave an Oscar for this? They should've used Radiohead's song.the worst one by FAR is Madonna's and I LIKE Madonna, it just did not work as a Bond song and having her cameo in the movie was a wtf moment
But that iconic line "Sigmund Freud analyze this" while she spreads her legs.the worst one by FAR is Madonna's and I LIKE Madonna, it just did not work as a Bond song and having her cameo in the movie was a wtf moment
Is it sad that I didn't know they were a band and that was just his stage name. 😆Jamiroquai has some solid spy film-oriented sounds in their back catalogue that I think could work really well for a Bond theme.
