Still a double standard. They can demand alternate pics for their platform if they want to.

License to Kill and Goldeneye, apparently. License to Kill was shot entirely outside of the UK and Goldeneye couldn't use it because First Knight booked it (Connery's revenge).
Yes, and Florida.Didn't LTK shoot in Mexico?
Quite a bit around Key West.Yes, and Florida.
PG Bond isn’t exactly a good role model. He's a spy with a license to kill. It's stupid.
I can at least /kinda/ understand the logic for the Bond films which are, say, PG. But censoring the gun on something like Goldeneye which is a UK Age Rating of 15 when that movie basically has a mass shooting thigh suffocating femme fetale in it is comical

Never seen it but to your point, I've only ever seen two of Gere's movies (Pretty Woman and Chicago) and I don't understand what the appeal is.lol First Knight. We laugh all the time about how miscast Kevin Costner was as Robin Hood but we don’t talk enough about Richard Gere’s Lancelot.

I thought he was okay at best but I was never "wow, I need to see more Richard Gere movies!"Hey now! Those are two of his best roles. I like Gere but he’s best when he stays in his lane. Lancelot was certainly NOT. Neither was that awful Jackal remake where he played an Irishman.
