The `90s

"Gargoyles. Do I really need to explain why this would rock as movie?"

Oh fck yeah, dude!!!

That show was AWESOME!

Definately! And bring back Keith David!

has anyone pointed out to the OP that they already did make two power ranger movies that came out in theaters between 94-95

Personally i would think that films of the 90`s would come out around 2010 or later..since it would be a decent amount of time since the 90`s ended.

First there already was a Power Ranges blockbuster summer extravanganza back in 1995. Whether it was a hit or not, I don't know. I didn't care about BO at that age.

Speaking of which I think it says a lot about many hypsters ages as everything seems based on cartoon shows or kids shows. I myself recomend Pete and Pete. :p

Can we all say MacGyver? I think we can. A bad cheesy "action show" turned either into a spoof (Starsky and Hutch) or a bad homage (Brady Bunch and the rest) or simply a bad movie Miami Vice.

I'd be sooo geeked for a Dexter Lab and Gargoyles movie:woot:

They should do a real adaption of Animorphs too.

does any one remember, a show called "the maxx" it barely lasted a season, in the mid 90s. but, it would make one hell-a-crazy movie LOL

Nightman, though, the show it self was kinda weak, had some cool concepts, and could probably make a decent movie, once tweaked around with a bite

When I was a kid I absolutely loved Power Rangers the Movie... All I knwo is they need to remake Power Rangers :cmad:

The hang-out from Saved by the Bell?!

hahaha! I remember that show! :woot: It was a piece of crap! :cmad:

We agree on something! :wow: :wow: :wow:

The only thing we don't agree on is the mediocreness of Brian Depalma however I admit his mastery of his craft but his reliance on the "homage" is annoying and lame :o

Imagine that but add in millions and millions of dollars worth of CGIness... Really a tongue in cheek fun Power Rangers movie would be amazing.

Ahhh the Cheesy batman wannabe Nightman. Wow, that was a fun comedy.

We need a dexter's lab movie. We have rugrats, we have pokemon, we even have the dexter rip-off Jimmy Newtron... why not one of the classics from hanna barbera, long standing respectable animation producers??? instead of pokemon and digimon or stupidmon. On top of that Gendy's making a movie...

It's settled:

Samurai jack and Dexter need films. Freakin power puff girls got one for goodness sake. Even recess had a movie, recess... RECESS. :ninja:

Reboot is a classic. F the matrix, because this was the first Matrix, sort of.

Mighty Max please. That show was ridiculous, ripe for an imaginative fantasy adventure movie made today akin to the wizard of oz but with magic hats instead of shoez.

Swat Katz. nuff said. No, not nuff said. This show's a bowl of hot meaty steaks cooking on a steamy scalding monster truck engine, it's that kick ass. please do this movie, michael bay.

Justice Friends... even though it's part of dexter's lab, it deserves its own movie.

I'll try to think of more later.

I would prefer if they sticked to the tone of the Japanese sentai!

I think they could do one or two movies on the Green Ranger saga alone.

I think they could do one or two movies on the Green Ranger saga alone.

If they do a restart, the first movie, HAS to be about the Evil Green Ranger! Why? Two reasons:

1) It was the show's first MAJOR storyline.
2) It's what saved the Japanese sentai, Zyuranger, in the ratings.

If the first movie is a success at the box office, the second movie, has to be about Green Ranger losing his powers. Then, in the third film, he comes back as the White Ranger.

oh... and I'll quickly add even though michael richards isn't very well liked as much anymore, I'd still sell my left nut for a seinfeld movie. Tv's just not been the same since that show stopped.... though the office has been pretty darn good, still it's an import show yunno... is that the best we can do, steal from other countries?... What if other countries steal our shows?

A seinfeld movie is pointless. None of the `90s sitcoms, except Married with Children, deserve a big screen movie.
