I've only ever cared even the slightest bit about this character through Teen Titans, the kawaii show.

That coat is tres vogue!)Hilter had those fools working on everything so you could see some potato head saying. "if we built a time machine.. we could go back in time and " Land on Plymouth rock instead of Plymouth rock landing on us!"( strudel headed Hitler would've bought anything!) so i could see dude!Plus i always liked that dude's name like do you call him "Per" or "Mr. Degaton" or Herr Degaton! that dude makes a great villain for the JSA!

Man, when Ultra-Humanite is used well, it rules. Best example is the X-Mas episode of Justice League where he reprograms Wally's rapping duck to read Dickens. Then he was fantastic in The Golden Age. Big shocker when he was revealed.
