i dont know Thro. all i ever collected was the issues. The OM are cool as hell like Anubis said i dug their name and Tigorr was by far the best wolverine rip of that time! but i really dig that Broot the strongest of the bunch was a freakin pacifist as was his whole race and they kicked him out because he used violence to put his foot up his world invaders butt! That was awesome!

Mannnnnnn! one of the creepiest things i have ever read in comics still to this day is when that chick.. what was she? 14 or 15 comes out in teen titans wearing a neglige cause she was sleeping with Deathstroke! are you kidding ?!?that dude is old as dirt?!?( that shows you DStroke is truly evil! come on dude.mess around with chicks at least close to your age!) that's just wrong!i still cant believe DC allowed that! Bleah! creepy!

I seem to remember reading that the whole idea behind her was that she was the anti-Kitty Pryde.

She was pretty much just evil for fun but she made for a pretty good villain

I wish writers hadn't kept doing the 'Oh my gosh one of the titans is a traitor' story afterwards trying to copy the success of 'The Judas Contract'

DIAL "H" FOR HERO

when "H" 1st came on the scene back in the day. you could send in your character designs and DC would use em with a plug for you in the book. i sent in 3 designs that were never used and thought it was the coolest *&^% ever.the last few books the format has changed, but it's still one of the coolest concepts ever!

well "Kingdom come" was done which arguably could be the best Superman ever so we might as well have

THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS

and just in time for the movie hehe

when it came out i thought it was the best (*&^ ever! Bats finally kills joker ,who kills everybody. a female robin, a grizzled old Batman, but after having read it and read it. I hate this for what it has spawned. The "boy scout" government toolness mentality of Supes by the public and comic guys. Bats being able to take anybody and becoming invincible . It has almost become the bible for any guy who dig bats! Boooooo that now!

I don't like that stereotype either. I fear for how well Superman would be handled in a future Justice League film, which I suspect would most likely degenerate into being "Batman & His Amazing Friends".

I like Carrie Kelly in it but apart from his Daredevil run I'm not really a fan of any of Miller's stuff

DKR is great. It had a bad impact on comics but you know what? That's not DKR's fault, that's the fault of stupid people who read DKR and didn't understand why it was good.

That's exactly how I felt when I first saw Batman drawn like that. Never liked it & never will.
