they throw bolts too like some other dude i know. now what is his name..
qward! qward! sounds like zod and i just like saying qward too!hehe:cwink:

At first glance I thought they were part Hawkman's world or storyline. Interesting characters I gotta say.

I liked the way they looked in that first flight GL DTV. That's how they should look and act in the comics....other than that they're pretty lame.

I liked the idea that they could build ridiculously badass weapons, but that hasn't been followed up on much in like forever. They're usually just big-eyed psychos now.

They remind me of the Hawkmen from Flash Gordon.

suuuurrre they are Monarch of the non-living. till you come home and find your pet bunny in a stew pot! That's why I'm the "duct taper" and not the "duct tapee"( it keeps their hands away from the cutlery!):cwink:
... and Hey! you cant have "Black" in your name and not be black! it goes against the comic by-laws. you have to have black in your name. so people know you're black. like that one guy...throws lightning.. what's his name again..:cwink:

Hawt and evil lady in tight black space leather

Yep I definitely dig Blackfire

She's a gloriously evil villainess and i like her rivalry with her sister too

Jonah Hex has got to be the strangest looking cowboy & hero DC has ever produced. He's an incredible marksman & tracker as well.

Never been a fan of westerns or cowboys, so its hard for me to fully appreciate him when he's a part of a genre I don't necessarily like one way or the other. Which is an unfair judgment of the character, true.

I like a good western as much as the next guy but I've never been all that interested in Jonah Hex.

The thing is, you don't have to be interested in him. Like any character, they're only as good as the story they're in. So, try some of the best Jonah Hex stories, and I'm sure you'll understand why he is in fact, awesome. The Palimoti and Gray run was particularly astounding.

* ahem* ...1st let me say That Batman flick is (*&^%$ off the chain!! it was *&^%$ GREAT!! and now then back to a regular scheduled show

I'll put Palimoti and Gray on the to read list. I've got to get through these other trades I have and I finally started reading that Robert Mitchum biography I got last Christmas.

He's cool, especially when voiced by Peck from Ghostbusters.
