Why were there guys dressed as Batman in TDK? I forget if Chameleon was in that film or not.

The webshooters do seem a bit clunky, but I'd be lying if I didn't say this was the perfect Spider-Man live action costume I've been waiting for. Well done. I just that Electro and Rhino look even close to as good, and that the movie doesn't, y'know, suck.

Same here man. This is essentially the perfect costume.

Once we get a fully body shot I think it'll land itself at the #1 spot alongside Donner's Superman and Iron Man.

It's probably a good time for people to just get over the changes, accept them and wait on for the film. If not, of course continue on doing what you do. I was disappointed with the suit but now I'm okay with it. I prefer the old suit and web shooters but it looks like their going for a lighter, less rough and gritty looking Spidey here.

According to the set photos, the webbing looks great. Not silvery shiny at all. Perfect. Thin, too.

No one seems to be acknowledging this, but they're shooting during the DAY. The only time that TASM suit was seen during the day was in it's reveal in the movie. Maybe another reason why they chose to use this similar look to Raimi's is because it works with daylight better. The last suit looked really plasticy and too shiny when sunlight hit it. It dulled the colors some, and was too reflective.

Well...the web shooters look like pure garbage, but the rest of the suit is god damn perfect. Like...literally. I am in love with the suit. It is, truly, the best Spider-man suit yet. No contest. The new eyes alone make it better than Raimi's. And everything makes it way better than the first suit.

Oh, and I'm kinda hoping this whole copycat Spider-Man thing is a larger part of the movie. I think that could be really fun. Like TDK.

I've mentioned this before regarding JJ, J.K Simmons is darn near impossible to beat. So what should they do? Hire a voice actor! Never show JJ, have Robby and Betty be the main characters at the Bugle, and just have JJ yell about Spider-Man/Peter from his office.
