I like how Avengers is super unrealistic but somehow but lizard men and spider powers are serious business.

I see your point. Wasn't trying to make it seem like TASM was completely serious. Just pointing out the differences in tone. Got a bit carried away, I guess.
yeah I dont get it, to me they are about the same in terms of believablitiy and tone. I hear people say ASM is too dark to be a Spider-Man movie too...drives me nuts. Its really not that dark or serious. It just tackles the material with a bit more realism and less cheese also we dont have a parker that sounds like a leave it to beaver episode.
what is so different about the tones of the movies? both have some serious moments and some light moments. ASM is just a more personal story because it revolves around this one kids story.
I'm partial to this hairstyle for her. To me it would've been way more 'MJ'.

I don't interpret grammar nitpicking and sarcasm as 'friendly'. Emoticons can be used for a variety of purposes.
Been reading that this Spider-Man will be joining the Avengers. Any truth to this?
I, for one, hope it isn't.
New York was wrecked in the Avengers. How could they possibly reconcile the two?
It's a rumour that keeps popping up. There's no real truth to it as far as I know, but Webb sorta stirred that one up again with a vague clue to something which some probably misinterpreted as a future crossover with the MCU.
I personally believe you could explain why we didn't see Spidey if they were to later on merge TASM into the MCU without too much bother. But that's just my personal view.
Wait, when did that happen?
Didn't he retweet that article with the "Think bigger" message?

Either one would be pretty darn cool. I'd love to see Spidey, Cap, Iron Man, and the Hulk in the same movie. Or at least Spidey and Hulk. It'd be cool to see Tony Stark and him interacting. "What is this kid? 12? Uhm, Mister Fury, Sir, did you put Bieber on our team? I'm a belieber and all that good stuff bu-" Peter interrupts him and corrects him on one of his scientific theories like a wise-A.It was due to his "think bigger" tweet to some guy (I can't recall what the guy asked). Some thought that Webb might be planning to merge Spidey with the MCU and some are guessing he's making his own Spider-man universe with these movies. Both are just guesses at this time, though one is arguably more likely than the other.
Thanks!Don't worry

Thank you! I have mild interest in becoming a writer. This is brilliant.
Yeah, I think seeing RDJ's Tony Stark interact with Spider-man would be great. Especially if written by Joss Whedon.
Though personally I've always dreamed of a Spider-man and Wolverine or Spider-man and the X-men team up movie. I always wanted to see how those sort of situations would play out on screen.
