They weren't neighbors till later. The Parkers lived next to Anns Watson, MJ's aunt. MJ eventually came to live with her, AFTER she and Peter first met.

Cooper is a fantastic actor. He can do intelligent, calculating, cold, honorable, world-weary, intense, forceful, angry, creepy, intimidating...He might not be a household name, but he's a force of nature.

I think the casting for TASM 2 is being great so far, a LOT of talent in front and behind the cameras.

It will be interesting to see how much Norman Osborne features in TASM2. Maybe we'll have a better idea when they start showing us trailers.

The casting for this movie so far has been fantastic. I'm happy with every single casting choice so far (other than Shailene Woodley but I'll still keep an open mind). I also just did some research and found out that Martin Sheen, Sally Field, Chris Cooper, and Jamie Foxx are all Academy Award winners. That's 4 Oscar winners all in one movie.

Fantastic cast so far. Never have I been so impressed with a cast in a comic book movie (yes, not even with Nolan's Batman films).

As much as I loved the idea of Massee as GG, I think he looked and sounded too similar to Dafoe. I like the casting of Cooper, he'll be a different kind of Norman, he can be just as menacing as Dafoe but in a different kind of way and will bring a different spin on the character. I'm pumped
