We've only got two confirmed villains so far - and honestly, both are the kind that fit nicely in smaller roles of a bigger ensemble. I'm not worried.

if vulture is in this film he probably would only be a minor villian, maybe he is responsible for the plane crash and is taken down early in the film by spidey
