The entire vibe of the movie is just off. Doesn't feel like the first two at all. Like Spider-Man at the beginning of the movie, I believe the studio got extremely cocky with the movie.

Yeah, besides all the problems there is something about SM3 that is extremely odd. It just doesn't feel right. I mean, X3 had problems but that felt in line with the other two just not as great. SM3 had something weird going on, I just can't put my finger on it.

When it comes to Green Goblin in this series, we are in for a swerve the liked of IM3's Mandarin swerve. But like 10x that.

I really don't think there's going to be anything THAT surprising about the Green Goblin in this. At the most, it'll be a Spectacular Spider-man style twist and even that wouldn't surprise fans of the show or even fans of Spider-man in general. Will the GA be shocked? Yes, at least to a certain extent. But I really don't see them making a big convoluted mess out of everything just for the sake of a twist. It would be detrimental to the story by taking away from the main plot. Even in the third movie, it would take a lot of time just to go through anything too complicated. We'll see how it plays out, but I don't think it'll be as shocking or complicated as some do.

I disagree, both SM3 and X3 felt out of line with the first two films in their respective series. I would still say that SM3 is better than X3.
