the awesome shot of spider-man swinging low and towards electro in times square ends with him shooting a webline down onto a fire hydrant.

the way the shot ends, it looks like spider-man might wrecking-ball the hydrant at electro. i really hope this happens.

that would be a perfect blend of spider-man's powers. synergy to the max - uses webline on fire hydrant to decrease his height, dodging electro in the process, which then leads to a nice display of strength and overall creative use of one's environment.

Well, if Mass Effect 3(which is the worst way to end a trilogy) proved anything, it could backfire big time.

do you agree that it looks like he is about the yank the hydrant at electro? the webline is still attached to it as spider-man lands at the very end of the shot. plus spider-man's pose looks like he is about to throw it. i hope i'm right.

lol, yeah, that's why i didn't follow. mass effect 3 seems like a really random dot to connect to the german trailer's colour palette.

I liked the trailer, but I think the finished product is just going to have a way more polished look. I loved what Webb was able to do in TAS-M, so he's got my money already.

@Repulsor Blast: I believe you challenged me to a bet on whether Chris Cooper or Michael Massee was behind that voice in the trailer. I accept. I'll bet you 10 million chocolate chip internet cookies that it's Chris Cooper. But be warned! I have a totally heterosexual mancrush on Chris Cooper, so I'm pretty sure I got dis.

Also, I wanted to thank those of you who congratulated me in Part 39 of this thread. I appreciate it. I just got back from seeing The Hobbit (loved it, btw), and I saw the TASM2 trailer on the big screen. It looks SO much better when compared to seeing it on a computer. Definitely got me hyped. It got the audience talking as well, so that was pretty cool.
